You both sat quietly eating the food he made for the both of you, today was the day you both had no missions or meetings so Muichiro decided to surprise you with a picnic.

"(Y/n) i..i lo-," he was interrupted by Rengoku and Uzui running towards us.

"You guys, is this for us?" Uzui said.

"No," Muichiro said but the two pillars ignored him.

"Aww you guys are the best...Rengoku look, it's your favourite," Uzui said pointing at the Udon.

"Exactly what i need after a busy week, thanks guys you're both so kind," Rengoku said before he and Uzui began eating.

"Oh my goodness, it's so flamboyant," Uzui said jokingly winking at you. You laughed at his foolishness but when you glance at Muichiro he looked irritated.

"(Y/n), you look different...I must be the new hairstyle, I like it," Rengoku said staring at you hair that you had previously which reached your shoulders.

"Thank you, Rengoku," you said smiling, at first when you cut your hair you didn't like it but Rengoku's comment made you like the way your hair looked. But again you looked over at Muichiro who looked even more irritated then before.

"Muichiro, are you okay," you whispered to him while the two pillars were busy laughing and talking loudly.

He looked at you and you notice how dull his eyes looked, you held his hand as he looked down at the ground.

"I'm fine," he said before turning away, slipping from you grip.

"Muichiro...." you stopped when you realised that he wouldn't answer. You sighed and decided to give him the space he needed but little did you know he needed you to comfort him.

Muichiro soon left after your attempt to comfort him, Uzui and Rengoku continued to demolish the food and you left soon after.

You decided to go look for him, you felt terrible and wanted to go comfort him. You finally found him at lake, he sat there staring at the sunset. You smiled...he always loved watching sunsets.

You sat next to him resting your head on his lap, you looked at Muichiro who had a blank expression on his face.

"I'm sorry I should've known something bothered you Muichiro," you said. He didn't say anything he just started playing with your hair. You both stayed silent for a while but Muichiro decided to speak.

"(Y/n) why me....out of all the guys in the world, why me. I know for a fact that other guys are more interesting to talk to, I mean you seem so happy talking to Rengoku and Uzui and the other male pillars," he said looking at you with sad eyes.

"Muichiro, I don't care if the other pillars are more interesting then you, I love you and only you," you said lifting your head up from his lap so you were face to face with him.

"I love you (y/n)......that's what I was trying to tell you before."
