Chapt 5 - Neglected

On the first day of class, Mian Mian reunited with Wei Ying. After Wei Ying left, Mian Mian also left the village to ask Lanling Jin Sect to accept her as a disciple.

Wei Ying asked Mian Mian to prepare lots and lots of her medical herbs, knowing they'll be put in good use.

Jiang Cheng was about to present gifts from Yunmeng Jiang Sect when again, Wen Chao stepped in and disturbed them.

On the second day of class, Lan QiRen was fuming. Lan XiChen kept glancing at Jiang Cheng while Lan Zhan plainly kept his eyes on Wei Ying.

Lan Zhan nodded his head and immediately followed Wei Ying. Lan XiChen watched, feeling a little jealous that they get to have their alone time.

"Library" Lan Zhan replied and Wei Ying jumped down. "Lan Zhan! You're not going to make me copy it 500 times right?!!"

Lan Zhan smiled and opened the Room of Forbidden books. "Come, Uncle asks us to continue studying these books."

Wei Ying eyes lit up as he jumped up and rushed in "Mn!" It was definitely better than copying Gusu rules 500 times.

Wei Ying was engrossed in the books as he kept finding new and interesting music pieces. Lan Zhan was reading too but spent most of the time looking at Wei Ying.

Lan Zhan smiled watching Wei Ying nod his head as he read the book. "Wei Ying" Lan Zhan called out again and again, yet he was ignored.

Lan Zhan waited till Wei Ying finished reading that book, then grabbed his hand before he could pick another book.

"Lan Zhan? What's wrong?" Wei Ying asked while using his other hand to pick up a book. Lan Zhan frowned and grabbed that hand.

"Wei Ying, do you want to take a break?" Lan Zhan asked. Wei Ying then remembered the previous time this happened. He innocently said "It's fine" and got pushed down by Lan Zhan.

Wei Ying smirked as he laid his head on Lan Zhan's lap. "Sorry, Lan Er Ge Ge, I've neglected you."

Lan Zhan nodded his head, happy that Wei Ying finally paid him some attention. Wei Ying gave Lan Zhan a kiss "Just a few more books alright?" and got back up.

Lan Zhan immediately pulled him back down "Wei Ying..." Wei Ying pouted "Lan Er Ge Ge"

Lan Zhan placed Wei Ying on his lap. "At least sit here" Wei Ying nodded his head and gave Lan Zhan a kiss, then started reading while leaning against Lan Zhan.

Lan Zhan took in Wei Ying's scent. After some time, he slid off the right side of Wei Ying's robes, exposing his jade white shoulders.
