Strawberry Milkshake

Chapter 2

Cheryl's POV
Today is the day. The day I'm going to Riverdale High. Right now I'm waiting for Archie to pick me up. He said he'd drive me as my bike is getting fixed.

My dad is still asleep, otherwise, he'd bring me. There's a knock at the door. I open it and see Archie. "Hey, Andrews. Ready to go kick some Northside ass?" I ask

Archie smirks and nods. I adjust my jacket as we walk outside. We both get on his bike and speed off towards Riverdale High.

We get there and find Betty and Veronica waiting for us. We walk over and smile. "Ready?" Betty and Veronica nod. The four of us walk inside.

When we walk in we find a welcoming table with a few Northsiders. One of them I recognize as Reggie Mantle, someone I've seen hanging out with Toni.

The four of us get our schedules as a large group comes down the stairs. I look up and smirk, recognizing Toni. I also recognize some of her friends. Jughead Jones, Fangs Fogarty and Sweet Pea. The four of them are the Northside version of me, Archie, Betty and Veronica.

Toni walks over to us and stands face to face with me. Jughead stands right in front of Archie, Fangs in front of Veronica and Sweet Pea in front of Betty. "Hey there pinky." I say with a smirk.

Toni rolls her eyes. "Listen here red. I am NOT about to allow this schools grade average to drop because of you and your... snakes."

I smirk. "Me, Archie, Betty and Veronica all have 4.0 gpas. Nobody has a very low gpa and if they do it's because the teachers at Southside High suck. So try again princess." I wink.

Toni looks at me angry. The bell rings. Toni glares at me. "This isn't over." She storms away to her class. I high five Archie before walking to my class.

I walk into the room and see Toni. I smirk and sit directly behind her. "heya pinky."

Toni rolls her eyes at me. "shut up blossom." I put my feet up on her chair. She groans as the teacher begins to teach.

Right now I have a free period. I also found out me and Topaz have the same schedule. I walk into the lounge and see Toni. I smirk at her and she rolls her eyes.

I see Archie and go sit with him. "Hey Arch." He smiles and wraps his arm around me. I glance at Toni who is staring at us. "Take a picture Pinky. It'll last longer." I wink

She mimics taking a picture with her fingers. "I gotta be honest with you Red. I didn't think you liked dudes." She says, talking about me and Archie.

I roll my eyes at the shorter girl. "Not that it's any of your business, but I don't. Archie is like my brother." Toni nods and drops it.

I watch Toni, seeing her occasionally glance over at me. I brush it off as nothing. The bell rings and I get up. I walk to my next class and sit in a seat. Toni walks in and stops. "You're in my seat blossom."

I smirk. "Oh yeah? What're you gonna do about it Topaz?" I raise an eyebrow. She rolls her eyes.

"Just move Snakey." She says. I groan and stand up.

"Fine. Just cause you're wasting my time." I move and find another empty seat. The lesson starts and everyone stops talking.

-end of the day-

I decide to go to Pops instead of home. I walk to pops and find Toni there, alone. I walk over. "why is it you're always alone? You have girls and guys alike pinning after you, and you're friends with like everyone. You're only here with someone if I'm on a date."

Toni rolls her eyes. "Because I like quiet sometimes. You always ruin it though." I smirk.

"That's my job pinky." I wink and sit down. I order a milkshake and Toni rolls her eyes.

"Why must you constantly annoy me? You know there are other Northsiders here too right?" I nod.

"I know. You're just fun to tease. You're also hot." I wink and Toni groans.

"Go away blossom. I'm not gonna hook up with you like everyone else I'm this damn town." Toni says, clearly.

"I'm not trying to get you to hook up with me Topaz. And trust me, if I wanted to you would have already." I pay for both of our milkshakes and leave.

Damn that girl gets on my nerves.

A/N: okay so that was chapter two. I tried making it a little longer than the first one. I'm gonna try to get at least one more out today.
