Gyrio P.O.V: I heard Layla getting some dragons ready to launch another attack as I leafed through a book titled How to deal with your annoying sister. The King decided to launch another attack on some innocent dragons that are probably not even The Eight.
“Come on, let's go! You guys are as fast as a snail going uphill sometimes!”

Layla was talking to the warriors that were recruited, and they were apparently moving slowly. I kept on mindlessly flipping the pages of my thick, shadow-black book as I thought about that beautiful fire dragon I met. I winced as I remembered that I attacked her with Shade, which was my cursed Darkness sword. It probably scarred her. After around 10 minutes, the entire castle shook with the force of a ship leaving, probably the ship Layla and the warriors were on. I continued flipping the slightly yellowed pages of the book as I thought about Anna.

(Back at the ship, 3rd person P.O.V): The group moved back downstairs to the main living space of the ship, and found out that there was an Xbox sitting in a cabinet in the living room, which was hooked up to a large flat screen TV. There was also a secret door that led to a room filled with computers, which were all either light grey or white in color. There were at least seven computers in the white-walled room, and each one ran faster than even the best PC's ever created. While the group was taking turns playing Halo on the Xbox, Joe suddenly revealed, “ You know, there are windows all around Strider, right?” Strider was the name of the spaceship group 24AX was currently flying in.
“Are they, like, secret windows?” Jada asked, looking with renewed interest at the walls of the ship.
“ Yeah. Here, I'll open them for you.” Joe answered, pressing a button on the control panel. There was a mechanical Hissss, and the middle section of the walls slowly peeled away, revealing crystal clear windows. Jada and Jason looked up at the newly formed windows, and were glued to them in a split second. Amira smiled when Jada and Jason attached themselves to the window, and said, “I've never seen a human or a dragon go that fast. Jada's never even went half as fast to save her own scales.” Jada murmured something in a mesmerized tone, but no one could make out what she said. Nadine mentioned that Jada had a thing for space, and Husky mentioned that Jason also had a thing for space. Noticing the controllers Jason and Jada left behind, Amira and Sherieff pounced on the abandoned controllers. Mitch and Anna occupied the other two controllers.

The group was currently playing Big Team Battle, and in the middle of a match, someone decided to betray Amira. She narrowed her eyes at the screen, but said nothing. She eventually got revenge on the troll by driving away in a Warthog when he tried to get into the passenger seat. The traitor/troll then got into a tank, and exploded Amira's Warthog. The troll then messaged Amira, and the message read:

      Thats wat u git wen u m3ss wih m3 *@} ±© !

Amira narrowed her eyes even more, but was wise enough not to feed the troll. Instead, when he betrayed her the next time, she booted him from the game. “Dumb but.” Amira muttered under her breath. The group continued to play Halo, until Joe said from the control room, “ I think we have some company.” The group had to drag Jada and Jason from the window, which was then replaced with white walls again. Looking at the dark green, holographic radar, the group saw what Joe was talking about. There was a large yellow dot on the radar, which Joe explained to the group was representing an enemy ship. “ Enemies are yellow dots, and friends are light blue dots.” Joe explained. He then pressed a small dark grey button, and with another mechanical Hissss, the lower section of the white walls peeled away slowly to reveal various turrets and rocket launchers, all of which varied in size.
“ Everyone, man a turret or a rocket launcher. Be prepared to fire at a moment's notice.” Joe ordered, abandoning his usual cheery demeanor in trade for that of a seasoned war veteran. The group followed Joe's orders, and positioned themselves at the turrets. The radar started to beep, and a mechanical male voice said, “Enemy vehicles drawing near. Activating shields.” After a few minutes, the group could see a large, black ship that was almost as dark as the space around it. Joe shouted a command to fire, and the group did as they were told. They started firing, and after twenty seconds, the Darkness ship sprouted its own weapons, and started to return fire. When the bullets were about to hit Strider, a light green light appeared, and the bullets merely bounced off. The Darkness ship didn't appear to have any shields, and it took a while for the ship to flee out of the group's firing range. The smoking Darkness ship dissapeared into space, and the group could hear a faint and outraged roar. Joe grinned. “That's what you get when you try to mess with Strider.”
“Does anyone else find it weird that the dragon who was piloting the ship's roar sound like the one who attacked us when we were trying to get to Moon Base?” Amira asked. The rest of the group thought about it, except for Bajan, Jerome, Elizabeth, and Sherieff, since they weren't there. After a chorus of murmurs of agreement, Joe pressed a button, and the weapons were replaced by the windows that were on the ship earlier. After Joe reassured the group, they saw that it was eleven in the night. “You guys should probably rest now. You need to be ready if the Darkness launches another attack.” Joe advised, resuming his cheery demeanor.
The group proceeded to go up to their respective rooms to go to sleep.
