In this chapter I used Manga chapter 32's references so lots of lines are the exact same and to make it short I cut some of them. You can find them in the middle of chapter where Eren and Mikasa remember the day they found out about Annie.
After spending about two hours sitting on the stairs, Levi entered the building and headed to kitchen, "Mikasa!" Levi whispered. She was sleeping with her hand on the table and her head laying on them. Though Levi entered in silence, Mikasa woke up and saw him. None of them said a word and Mikasa only straitened her back, nodding as a greeting and then she left.
*4PM*
Eren was helping settling horses with other troops. "Oi Yeager!" Levi called for him without entering stable. "Erwin wants to talk about giving you in, come with me and...clean yourself before that!"
*The other side of the base*
"Oh Mikasa, there you are"
"What is it Armin?" Mikasa asked while she was soaked in sweat, punching and kicking the punching-bag "What are you...are you exercising?! After what happened?"
"I'm ok Armin what were you going to say?"
"Ah err..., Commander Erwin asked for us to talk about what we found out about the Female titan, I think he wants us to tell Eren"

*Few hours earlier*
About 10AM when Armin went to check on Mikasa he asked" Mikasa, do you have any idea who was that female titan?" Mikasa looked at him for a minute and answered "I know but, I have no proof. Do you know something?" she looked at him from corner of her eyes "I think I know but it's hard to believe...I don't want to" he looked terrified "Just say it Armin!" he looked in her eyes and said "I think it's Annie"
*The mess hall*
Levi and Eren were sitting still and quiet there and the hall was empty. Levi took a sip of his well brewed tea "I can't believe that Good-for-nothing Erwin making me wait." and thought "Not that I have works to do or something." Looked at Eren and said "Most likely...he's having some trouble taking a shit" He liked the idea to sit there in the hall all by himself but with Eren's presence, well he couldn't quiet enjoy it! "Haha... captain you're pretty talkative today" Eren said laughing to his joke. "Oh please don't get a head of yourself now that I joked!" Levi thought "Don't be stupid I've always been talkative" he answered.
"I'm sorry...back then if only I hadn't made the wrong choice..." Levi didn't really listened to the rest of his words "I wonder which one of you affected the other, you keep blaming yourself all the time for everything. "As I said that day (1) I don't trust you YEAGER, and if you betray us I'll make sure to get rid of you..." He replied "I told you. No one knows how things will turn out"
Erwin entered with two soldiers accompanying him and alongside of him it was Mikasa and Armin. "Armin? Mikasa too?" Eren said with questioned face. "She looks tired, wasn't she off to for today?"
They all sat and Erwin handed them some papers and described the situation they were going to face "Armin was the one who deducted the Female Titan's identity and I decided to carry out this plan based on his proposal" Eren looked shocked and thought "So both of them knew and didn't tell me!" Erwin continued "Armin encountered the titan and summarized that she may have been among you in the 104th training corps and also she killed the two titan that were captured alive her name is..."
"Annie!?" Eren asked with eyes wide open. Armin got stressed but Mikasa was indifferent as she wasn't surprised even when realized the fact the other day "What made you think that? Armin?" Armin started to explain his reasons to think as such "I don't know...I might have seen wrong" although he knew he was right he couldn't admit it for sure. "Hey kid, I keep hearing about how you THINK you've found someone who MIGHT be the titan but do you have any other evidence? "Levi asked tiresome.
"To me the female titan's face looked like Annie's" Levi looked at Mikasa's serious and confident face and right that moment he was convinced she's right as she stated it like that.
Eren was nagging at Mikasa for agreeing with Armin "In other words we don't' have any proof, but we're going to do it anyway" Levi said to stop Eren "How can you not trust her and this little brainy!" he thought.
Eren was very confused and somehow scared and also Armin wasn't really pleased with the situation but, Mikasa looked as calm as ever without any doubts. Eren began talking about "What if it's not Annie?" Armin and Mikasa assured him there's no other option "How could you suspect Annie?" Eren asked desperately "Eren doesn't hearing Annie's name have brought anything to mind? You fought the female titan hand-to-hand didn't you? Didn't you see any unique techniques then?" Mikasa kind of suspected Annie the moment they arrived at the base but she just wanted to hear the same from Armin. His knowledge was clear to Mikasa and if he would say something she'll accept without hesitating but now Eren doubting both of them hurt Mikasa's feeling "So he trusts Annie's good will more than us!" Mikasa thought with sad expression, not so different from her usual expression but Levi noticed...
