Chapter 5: Sway Back

*Morning*

"Oh when did I fall asleep?" Mikasa opened her eyes as a ray of light bothered her. It was early in the morning and she got up and dressed in her usual long plain skirt and white shirt with of course her scarf. After sorting her stuff and bed, she headed to kitchen, after all these years since they were just trainees, because her lack of sleep in the nights she got used to prepare breakfast for everyone. Moving and swaying was never out of good vibes for her because every time she did so, her memories of her mother doing so when she was in the kitchen lingered in her heart and sadness and despair took over the pleasure of swaying! Anyway, being sad and looking depressed seemed to be the right mood for her.

Mikasa didn't realize that Captain could see her and the way she was moving! "Is she dancing?" He wondered. Digging in his mind to remember another women moving the same as a dance "Hange!? Fuck No! Petra? she was very delicate and fair but she never looked like this; maybe those brats...Sasha! Ymir! Krista! Hell no! Not even Isabel with all her excitement though she was dancing she never moved like this ever."

Watching a woman dance was a rare sight for people in survey corps especially with a man like Levi's attitude to stay away of all sort of unnecessary events.

Eventually he entered with a cup from midnight meeting. "Oh, good morning Captain "Mikasa said in a hurry, worried if he saw her. "Yeah morning!" Levi replayed distracted. Mikasa noticed the cup in his hand but remained silent. What could possibly she say anyway, she wasn't allowed to do what she did!

"Do you want some tea sir?"

"So she's not going to say anything about what she did." He thought "Sure...and wake the other brats, we're going to practice fighting."

"Yes sir." and she left in her normal way of walking "So it's just when no one's watching..." Levi hummed while took a sip of his tea.

*Two hours later*

"Alright, now all of you must chose a partner and keep fighting until you win at least 5 round and you Yeager, I want you to do this with everyone." In his Titan form he had no privilege except for hand on hand combat and obviously he sucked at it and for that reason, Levi had to make him better at it.

"Yes si..." Eren got interrupted by Mikasa "But he's not in a good physical condition to push himself." Jumping in the middle of an order, forgetting all about the guilt she felt when it came to Eren!

"You don't get to tell me what to do brat." Replied Levi seriously.

"But sir if he..."

"Stop questioning me or you'll get punished." He didn't let her say another word and continued "Now all of you pair up and begin." He really didn't care for small disobedience but if she kept it up this way, he would absolutely not let it slide.

"Alright then, Eren come on let's..." Mikasa chose Eren immediately to go easy on him and give him a little break.

"Not you. You won't pair with him or anyone; Reiner you and Eren go ahead." Levi turned back to Mikasa and said "And you will practice with me!"

Everyone gulped to his strict command but no one dared to object with their captain's will except for..." Captain, if she practices with you then one of us would lose a partner."

"I won't practice with you!" Mikasa said without paying attention to what Jean said, with no emotion "And now what is your reason to object this time? Is it because what this brat said? tsk... Oi Mike! How about you join us this time?"

"I'm not gonna cause you another casualty." Would she say but at the moment, it was more of a spite than being considerate. "What? You think you can beat me in a fight!" Levi asked.
"Of course sir!" Mikasa answered. "How can a shorty like you beat me?" She thought. Though he was very skilled and amazing using 3DMG, but in a combat, it was very hard to imagine he best her.
"You can't beat me even if I'm paralyzed so don't get too cocky and just do what I say" Levi paused "It's not like anyone can keep up with you anyway!" he pointed out.

It was true, no one ever wanted to pair up with her intentionally, her punches and kicks weren't something to recover from in a short while, only Eren and Armin could come out without any serious damage in fighting with her!
"Alright let's see what you got SHORTY!" Mikasa murmured the way no one heard, but Levi did!

"What are you planning to do clean freak?" Mike asked with questioned, yet blank face. "She needs to learn how to talk to her superiors." He said.
"And it's better not to waste her time and energy on those brats!"

Levi:

"What the fuck is she doing? Why she's not starting?" Mikasa was standing still with her guard on and her blank eyes straight at him. "Tch, if you're not going to fight then I'll start it!" and with that thought, he threw a punch at her which she simply dodged!

Mikasa:

"I'm not going to hurt you again, if you want to fight you have to start it yourself."  She decided to fight in equality so she was going to do it by using one leg!

Then Levi approached with throwing a fist, not a strong one, she dodged and throw another at him. The fight had begun!

*An Hour Later! *

Armin- Are they still fighting?!

Eren- How is it possible? Aren't they frustrated? I mean Captain is injured

Sasha- I'm starving though I just had potato! Aren't they hungry as well?

Connie- They're not like you potato girl!

Krista- She was at the top of class but still it's impossible to keep up this much! Is she gonna be ok?

Reiner- Well...she threw me with bare hands and she looked alright I mean he's not heavier than me!

Jean- We've experienced how she kicks all our asses with no bother and since it's Captain... It reminds me of when she and Annie had a combat back then.

"ANNIE!" Armin screamed in his head "That's it It's her, The Female Titan!" he was shocked, it was just a hunch he had in the first place but now that Jean mentioned it..." It's definitely her!"

"Who?" Eren asked "Oh nothing don't mind me; but we have to stop them somehow...squad leader, can't you do anything about it?"

Mike only shook his head and walked away!

"Is anyone brave enough to interfere?" Connie asked and silence was his answer.
