Well as I promised I finished 3D model and plans and interior is finished. First I put palns and then I explain each interior view and room for you
Before that I must say I'm really sorry for bad quality of my Renders I'm a rookie in using Revit and Enscape Plug-in so the quality might not be so good but using your imagination always makes things better.

This is the Ground Floor plan (Level 1) as I said before the main entrance is from the bottom part of the plan (The door next to the stairs)and on the left is the downstairs shower room and WC. on the right side is the Hall where they gather mostly and if you keep walking there is the Kitchen. Kitchen has 2 doors one opens in the Hall and the other door opens to outside.(beforehand I should mention that stable is located on the right side and guard turrets are on the both sides so you have clear view on the left one from the Kitchen)

here is the rooms on First Floor (Level 2) the large room on the left close to the stairs( Not connected) is the room that Eren, Armin and Jean stay and the room next to it is the room where Connie and the other 3 Hange companion stay(Duplex beds!)
The middle room is just for one person and I thought since it has a desk it can be for Hange.
the room on the right side of the stair is the Girls room that Mikasa, Sasha, Historia and later Nifa stays (Duplex bed again) and the last room (The smallest...well you already know it belongs to Levi)
the reason there is a single shower there, well I assumed this mansion belongs to Survey Corp so it's a place where Soldiers come and go often and for this number of people it has to be more showers. If the scale would be bigger I would even add more!
