Ok Fellas, for the next 2-3 chapters including this one since you know the main story I'm gonna have lots of time skipping and to be honest Levi and Mikasa doesn't get to see each other that much so it's unnecessary. I apologize from here to bore you somehow but good things happen to those who wait!
As I mentioned in the beginning of the story, this fan-fiction don't have so many cheesy parts like the others but Levi and Mikasa take their time to acknowledge their feeling for each other.
Oh one more thing! I edited the last part make sure to check it before you start this one.
Mikasa:
After everything came to an end; Mikasa, Armin and Jean took Eren to lie down as the squad leaders were going to discuss about this crystalize matter with Military police. Not long after they stayed by his bed, Armin and Jean left to attend to assembly but she preferred to stay by his side. She was so confused about past few days. Her nightmare, her training fight with Levi, both attacks on female titan, all of them was making her more and more confused "Today...I wasn't thinking of Eren, All I was thinking was to get her, I was...I was just following orders!" She felt surprised, it seemed she was a very good and obedient soldier but she herself knew all she did till this day was protecting Eren and all she did happened to be the same as what she's been ordered. "Am I forgetting about him...why? why do I have to?" deep inside she wanted to protect him, the only family she had left but does he feel the same? Will Eren try to protect everyone, Me the same way I do?"
*16 Hours after attack of wall Rose, Everyone on their way back*
Levi:
"I don't know if I should be relieved to see them all coming back in one piece or to be angry over this brat, acting on her own in the end again?!" Levi has always been quiet and serious but in carriage he was even more serious and frowned as he was deep in his thoughts. Everyone were talking about priest Nick and the wall made of Titans. As Eren's usual rash temper, he got mad and rushed to priest but his feet failed him and before falling down Mikasa grabbed him "Calm down you're still tired from transforming." and then she helped him sit back up. Levi peeped his side while Mikasa did so "TCH, she never stops this babysitting thing will she?" he clenched his teeth secretly and looked away.

The conversation lead to priest's deep belief "Well I guess He's got some guts but I wonder about the other believers...hard to imagine all those bastards have, the same kind of will power." Levi took out his Colt without making any sound and pointed at Nick sitting beside him under his coat. "Even the way he wears his coat is different than other, well it suits him though! When did he took it out?" thought Mikasa in that very moment and then hid her face in her scarf so no one notices her sudden change of expression.
Few minutes later, Hange suggested to seal the wall with crystalizing ability of Eren's Titan if he can. The trios face got covered with shock and surprise "Ha...another crucial task for this whining brat and his friends to protect him." thought Levi.
