Chapter 4

Warning! Waterworks coming so prepare some tissues! 

" Victory to us! We won our first battle! " I heard from just behind me, I crossed my arms and continued to stare out of the zeppelin. I watched as every one Survey Corps member reached the Zepplin to rejoice with the others. After winning the battle that was all for revenge. I managed to walk away from the area before I lifted my head and became alerted to the loud gunshot that entered the air. Everyone suddenly became quiet before a small child had entered the door, holding a gun, glaring at us as a loud gunshot echoed in the room. I pushed past the group of Survey corps, everything seemed to freeze around me. My blood ran cold, Sasha, my best friend was lied on the floor, and covered in blood. I made eye contact with the kid, the girl who Falco was with, stood glaring at us before she moved quickly and shot yet again. The rest of the survey corps had begun to shoot at her, within seconds Falco had pushed her and himself to the side. Blocking the shots going towards them. 

I ran over to Sasha, crouching down to her side and covering my hands on the bullet hole, hoping to stop the blood. " Sasha! Don't do this to me dammit! " She looked up at me, coughing up a bit of blood. " Emma, you're so loud Is it dinner time? " Her lips formed a small smile as she continued to make eye contact with me. "Someone pass me bandages! The hell are you standing there for! " Jean had run to grab bandages before throwing them towards me. I wiped my eyes as tears begun to leak down. " Sasha! Don't you dare close your eyes on me! You can't die like this! " I choked out a sob as I began to wrap bandages around her torso. " Jean bring them to Levi! NOW! " I cried out. I stayed beside her the whole time as Jean dragged the two brats to the rest. 

" Sasha, you're supposed to be there for Isabel and Farlan. Aren't you? What am I suppose to tell them now? " I choked out, I noticed her breath begging to weaken. I crawled to my knees. frantically trying to wake her from her weakened state. " Don't close your eyes. Sasha don't close your eyes! " I grabbed a whole of her hand and sobbed even harder. Conny, who sat beside me had gone silent as he watched our best friend close her eyes. I put my fingers on her neck to check a pulse but her heart was no longer beating. I could hear both Conny and I choke out sobs before we both pulled each other in a hug. 

 " I'm so sorry! The names Sasha! " I took her hand as she helped me off the ground. " I'm Emma. " 

Both Conny and I had whimpered as we walked near the door to tell the others. I remembered the day both Sasha and I met, and that had me crying out more tears. Conny opened the door causing all eyes to be on us. I rubbed my tears and quietly muttered out." S-Sasha is dead. "
The whole room went quiet, Mikasa and Armin ran beside us, outside to find Sasha's body dead on the floor. " Did she say anything? " Jean asked, I wiped my blood-stained hands all over my clothes. " She asked if it was dinner time yet. " The room went silent yet again, I walked beside Levi who wrapped an arm around me, I leaned into his hug and breathed out. 

" Eren you do realize, Sasha died because you got the Survey Corps involved in this mess right? " I glared at Jean and snapped. " Jean shut up! She died because of that one! " The girl, Gabi sunk back under my glare. Eren gritted his teeth and thought back to before the Marley attack. Because that's when everything first started.
