He puts on his white button up, my body cooled with each button done. Why am I like this?

"So Madi have you rethought our date-"

"No I don't want to sleep with you, so stop trying. I know your type and all you want is to get in my pants. I'm not fool- I'm not like those typical dumb bitches that fall for your charismatic, bubbly personality that you put on and I'm not into the bad boy type like every dumb girl that thinks she can change them. Just because you are somewhat good looking doesn't mean every girl in school who fall at your feet." I cut him off.

Maybe that was a little harsh but it had to be said. He stares at me before laughing, seriously what's so amusing about this?

"You think I'm trying to get in your pants?" He smiles.

"Not happening buddy!" I scoff.

"Madi if I wanted to sleep with you, I would have just asked- I don't beat around the bush. My type?! That's called being judgemental considering we barely know each other, as for my charismatic and bubbly personality, 100% real and don't Im not into the bad boy character. You think I'm good looking? Awe and Madi so far you've been the only girl to not fall at my feet." He shrugs with a smile across his face.

"I- I whatever- if we barely know each other why would you ask me on a date?" I faltered, I really didn't know how to reply to all that.

Every single thing I said he knocked back at me, maybe I judged him based on his looks but still his charming personality for some reason bugged me.

"To get to know you duh!" He laughs at me.

I cross my arms, maybe it won't be that bad.

"Fine I'll go get icecream with you. Definitely not a date got it?!" I held.

"Oh definitely not princess." He smirks.

I can't figure that smirk out. Just leave it Madi!

"I'll pick you up at 6! Text me your address."

"Not so fast- you could still be a creep and I'm not giving my address so easily. I'll meet you on Haven street." I suggest.

"Doesn't bother me- also silly girl- if you still think I could be a creep why would you go on a date with me? Too late now." He laughs before walking out as the lockdown drill stopped.

"It's not a date and I'm not a silly girl!" I grunt and walk to lunch.

-at 6 on Haven street-

I wait for him.

But he never showed up! Seriously this asshole had the audacity to stand me up

But he never showed up! Seriously this asshole had the audacity to stand me up. Forget it Madi, you never wanted to go anyways.

I walk back home and run upstairs. I slam my door shut and collapse on my bed. Ugh why did I even bother?
