Hey I'll meet you at Bianca's place, I'm going to be late.
Why? And yeah all good I'll just dropped off.
Van Dijk
Just need to do something for mum.
Aren't you just the perfect child?

And he does a perfect job. I'm sure many parents would want to have a child like him. He wasn't like all the other douchebag teenage boys, Ruel was real to himself and others. You could tell he just showed his bubbly personality. Everything you see and get from Ruel Van Dijk is the real thing. The real deal.

"Harrison can you please give me a lift to Bianca's?" I walk into his room.
"No walk there lazy ass." He rolls his eyes.
"I'm not lazy, you are one too talk you sit here playing games all the time- go get a life Harrison." I lean against the door frame.
Harrison tried too hard to shut the world out ever since his bestfriend Harry killed himself. Harrison used to be popular and all the girls wanted him, which made me mad because a lot of girls only talked to me because they wanted to get closer to him. He never liked to talk about his emotions and frankly me either, I rather hide it with sass and attitude. Maybe explains why Harrison and I bicker so much.
"I do have a life, I'm breathing aren't I?" He scoffs.
"Can you just drop me off please?" I ask again.
"Fine be ready in 10 minutes!" He demands.
"Yes madam." I giggle and he rolls his eyes before chuckling slightly.
-Ruel's POV-
Just when I thought all the appointments had stopped, we get callers for another one. My mother being my mother insists we go to each single one like they help or some shit.
"Ruel-" coco storms into my room.
"Coco." I say back in the same tone and giggle a little.
"You really are the funniest Van Dijk...not." She laughs.
"Laughing at your own joke, a little sad!" I chime.
"No anyways- I came in here to discuss a matter." She announces.
"Why are you so formal?" I question.
"Shh- do you or do you not like Madi?" She blurts.
Do I or do I not like Madi? I knew the answer but was I going to tell coco?
"No I don't-" I say in a casual tone.
"You are full of crap- you so do- the way you treat her, all the compliments and you teaching her how to swim- they are all signs you like her. like you almost kissed her yesterday. Luckily I saved you or your little promise wouldn't happen." She says with a controlled smile.
"Is it bad that I wanted to forget about the promise and just do it?" I say with a gloomy sigh.
"Ruel just do it- you might wait to long to find someone and not end up accomplishing it but Ruel there is a chance you'll live, you know that right?" Her eyes glass over.
"I know but there's also a chance I won't. I don't know- sometimes I want to say fuck it but I can never bring myself do it properly." I shrug.
"It's up to you. All I want to say is- I see the way you and Madi look each other. You guys have so much potential, being friends is wasting the love you have for each other plus the sexual tension is intense. You care about her and she cares about you, you guys would be perfect just saying." She smiles.
"Ruel time to go!" I hear mum yell.
"Thankyou coco. See you later." I smile before running downstairs.
Maybe Madi isn't the person I'm looking for but I still cared for her, I hated when she cried or when she's annoyed even through I love when she rolls her eyes and that attitude of hers. It's killer-
I wanted to leave knowing all my friends were at a good place especially Madi. I wanted to help her, I already helped her conquer her fear of the water and I wanted to make sure she doesn't put that mask up anymore. The real Madi was truly one of a kind.
-Madi's POV-
Kayla hadn't arrived so it was just me and Bianca watching a movie.
"Mads what do you think about Ruel?" She smiles and looks at me.
"He's a nice guy- why you do ask?" I raise an eyes brow.
Does she like him? Oh no-
