I felt bad, it was killing my insides as I re-read the text I sent Noah last night. It's like I haven't even remembered it but there it was, proof of my drunkness.
"Are you feeling better?" Tom asked and I quickly looked up and forced a smile.
"Yes, sorry." I apologized as he walked in and gave me a quick kiss before sitting down next to me. "I thought I was getting ill and I didn't want to get you sick."
"Yeah, your mom explained everything last night- first I thought she just didn't want us in the same room." Tom said and I laughed lightly. "So, you're okay? It was just a little stomach bug?" I nodded my head and Tom hugged me. "I've missed you."
"Why did you leave Richards and come down here?" I quickly asked and Tom shrugged his shoulders but quickly fixed our position so we were laying against the wall that my bed was pressed against.
"I was...bored." He said as he kissed the side of my head and I instantly thought of Noah and how he would do that.
The text...
"What are we going to do today?" I asked Tom and he took a deep breath.
"Mike and I have to go to this car dealer because Mikes looking for a new car." He explained and I nodded my head.
Thank god, now I could go and talk to Noah.
"Alright." I said as I got up to go pee.
----
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" My mom asked as I put on my black coat and nodded my head. "I'm coming too then."
"Alright, it would be better," I said and she agreed. "You knew...what uhm, happened during those four days just by-"
"Your faces, yes. And I;m not happy about that." She said as she gave me a stern look and I frowned and looked down at my boots. "But some times you can't control your feelings and things happen." I nodded and we got out the house and walked to my moms car.
"I'm sorry." I said as she started to drive.
"About?" She asks, confused.
"Leaving." I whispered and she just nodded her head.
"Me too." She finally said as she forced a smile. "But I'm glad you decided to actually visit." My mom said with a bright smile.
"So, hows Bob?" I ask my mom and she has this loving smile replace her bright one.
"Bobs with his father, taking care of him until they come down here." She explains and goes on and on about how their lives were for the past four years.
"You're lucky, mom." I said as we parked in Noahs drive way and before we got out I added, "You can actually say you're with the guy you love." Before she could say anything I walked out and up to the door.
We came to the door and it opened with a laughing blonde coming out and Noah smiling brightly at her until he looked over and saw me, the blonde turned around and my heart stopped beating.
Daisy.
"Daniela?" Daisy asks and I stare at her with wide eyes. "Wow, it's been like, 4 years... You look great." She said awkwardly and I nodded my head.
"Yeah, you too." I said and hated that I was being completely honest. She was beautiful and maybe was still having a thing with Noah.
"Well, I wish I could stay longer but I have a dance class to teach. I hope I see you around." She said with a bright smile and turned around to Noah whos eyes were fixtated on me. "And you," Daisy said as she smacked his hand and he quickly looked down and smiled. "I hope to see you again."
