everyone is looking at all might as he walks to the stairs as he says

All Might: Have no fear students.

he rips off his tie still with no smile on his face

All Might: Because I am here!

Mineta: Look, we're saved!

Tsuyu: Ribbit.

Ricky is transforming back to normal after seeing All Might

Izuku: He's here... All Might! And he's not smiling.

Shigaraki: After all this waiting... The heroic piece of trash shows up.

???: Holy crap. it's All Might. It's my first time seeing him in person!

???: I didn't expect him to be so huge.

???: Heh. This is no time to talk, you idiots. if we strike now we can kill him--

He was cut off by a punch to the face as the rest of the villains were sent into the air. Only to show all might on the ground over Aizawa. he then picks up Aizawa

All Might: I'm sorry, Aizawa. I should've been here.

he then turns towards the rest of the villains. All of a sudden All Might had grabbed Izuku, Ricky, Tsuyu, and Mineta and got them out before the villain saw anything. The hand on Shigarakis' face fell off.

Mineta: Uh... What the heck?

All Might: Everybody, back to the entrance. And take Aizawa with you. He doesn't have time.

Mineta: Yes, sir!

Tsuyu: Ribbit.

Izuku: you save us, All Might.

Shigaraki is covering his face

Shigaraki: No, no, no. It wasn't supposed to go this way. He's still fast, Father.

he crouches down to the hand that fell off, and grabs it off the ground as he goes to put it back on.

Shigaraki: Somehow he managed to hit me. Of course a government hero relies on violence. I wasn't prepared. I couldn't even see him when he moved. But he's not as fast as i thought he would be. Not as fast as he used to be. I guess it's true, after all. All Might really is getting weaker.

Izuku starts to carry Aizawa with Mineta

Izuku: All Might, you can't! That brain villain took one for-- I-I smashed him and didn't break my arm this time, but he wasn't fazed at all. he's too strong!

All Might: Young Midoriya!

Izuku: Uh--

All Might turned around and did a peace sign

All Might: I got this.

Ricky, Izuku, Tsuyu, and Mineta started to walk away as Mineta and Izuku are carrying Aizawa away. once they were a little bit away All Might charged Shigaraki.

All Might: Carolina...

Shigaraki: Nomu.

Nomu then jumps in the way of All Might

All Might: Smash!

The water behind Nomu started to split

All Might: Huh?

Nomu tries to grab All Might but he dodges 

All Might: Guess he wasn't wrong when he said it had no effect on you.
