Sehyoon stood by his promise and they just hung out. Kwan had to admit he was a fun guy to be around with.

"Thanks for the ride." Kwan smiled at Sehyoon.

"No problem. You're really fun to be around with." Sehyoon replied, returning the smile. Kwan's cheeks flushed slightly, but shook it off quickly. He's not cute, he's not cute...

"So are you." Kwan replied after convincing himself Sehyoon's smile wasn't one of the cutest things in the world.

"See you Monday?" Sehyoon asked, a clear flirtatious tone in it. Kwan just nodded and got out of the car before he started blushing again. Sehyoon waited until he got inside to drive off.

Kwan sighed, shaking his head to clear the thoughts that raced through his mind. He did not like Sehyoon... he just thought he was really attractive. Yeah, that's it. There's nothing wrong with finding someone attractive.

"Honey?" His head snapped towards the kitchen when he heard his mom's voice.

"Yeah, it's me." He answered and walked over to her. She smiled at him while she stirred some delicious food on the stove. "You're home early."

"Figured I'd surprise you." Kwan smiled and hugged his mom. It was rare that the two of them ate together. His mom worked as a nurse from very early in the morning to almost midnight. They didn't get to spend much time together as they wished.

"Go wash up. Food's almost ready." Kwan nodded and kissed his mom's cheek before going upstairs to his room. He took a quick shower, changed into more comfortable clothes and went back down. His mom was already waiting for him. He sat next to her, both sharing a smile and began to dig in.

The weekend. Where you get to sleep as late as you want and take a break from hell- I mean, school.

So why the fuck was Byeongkwan up at 8:30 am? He had no clue. He had tried to go back to sleep countless times and failed all of them. Having no other option, he got out of bed and did his morning routine. Taking a shower, brushing his teeth, his skin care routine, breakfast, all of that.

As he sat on the couch eating a bowl of cereal while watching tv, an idea popped into his head. He got up, rushed to his room, changed his clothes and went to Chan's place. He greeted his mom with a hug and got permission to go to Chan's room. He smiled mischievously when Chan's mom said Chan was still asleep.

He quietly made his way upstairs and opened Chan's door. He made sure the younger was asleep and tip-toed inside. Once he got close enough, he jumped on him and started hitting him with Chan's extra pillow.

"Good morning! Time to wake up, loser!" Kwan yelled as he continued hitting Chan. Chan groaned and grabbed the pillow from Kwan before throwing it away.

"You're worse than my brothers, geez..." Chan complained as he covered his face with the pillow. Kwan laid on top of him just to annoy him more.

"I'm bored, give me attention." Kwan whined and ripped the pillow off of Chan's grip.

"You're so annoying." Chan smiled sleepily and sat up. Since Kwan was still on top of him, he lost his balance and fell butt first on the floor. Chan laughed loudly and before he could start teasing him, Kwan through the pillow and hit him right in the face.

"That hurt, you asshole." Kwan complained, glaring at a still laughing Chan.

"That's what you get for waking me up." Chan replied and helped Kwan get on the bed again. Kwan made himself comfortable as Chan went to the bathroom to wake up fully.

Once he was done, they started talking about random shit to pass time. Kwan mentioned his small hang out with Sehyoon yesterday accidentally and Chan started to freak out.

"You hung out with him? What the heck? Nothing happened, right? Please tell me nothing happened." Chan started to ramble. Kwan rolled his eyes as his friend kept rambling and put his hand over his mouth.

"Calm down. Nothing happened." Kwan removed his hand once he knew Chan would listen. Then, he started explaining everything. The shirt, apology and how they just hung out. He obviously let out the details where he thought Sehyoon was the most handsome guy ever. If he mentioned that, he would have rambling Chan all over again.

"Kwan..." Kwan hummed in response, assuring Chan he was listening. "Do you ever feel lonely?"

The question caught him off-guard. He didn't need to think about it. Kwan did  feel lonely. He wanted to be with someone. He hated having that feeling so he always ignored it. He had never felt so lonely... and that caused to tear up right in front of Chan.

Chan quickly hugged his friend as he heard a sob escape Kwan's lips. He had never seen Kwan like that. So hurt, so hopeless... Chan didn't break the hug for a while. He wanted Kwan to know that he would always be there for him. That he could trust him and that if he needed to cry, Chan would be there.

He would always be there.

"I-I do... geez, I feel stupid." Kwan laughed and wiped away his tears. Chan handed him a tissue and offered a small smile.

"You're not stupid... and you're not alone. You'll always have me, loser." Both of them laughed as Kwan wiped his eyes with the tissue.

"Thanks, Chan. Really." Kwan hugged his friend again. He didn't know why he sometimes didn't talk to Chan about how he felt. It was hard for him to express himself.

"You don't have to thank me." Chan replied, rubbing Kwan's back comfortingly. "Now, stop crying. You look ugly." Kwan hit Chan harshly, but Chan only laughed.

Kwan smiled and cleaned his face. He really couldn't live without a friend like Chan.
