Chapter 20

{1 year later...}

Kwan has been so happy. His mom got a raise and is spending more time at home with him, he has two wonderful best friends who are deeply in love with each other and to top it all off, his new boyfriend was simply perfect.

Yes, boyfriend. Sehyoon had finally popped that question after their third date and since then Kwan has been the happiest.

They were currently at Sehyoon's house, all cuddled up in the couch. Kwan hadn't told his mom about his boyfriend yet. Not because he didn't trust her, he just didn't think it was the right time.

"You okay?" Sehyoon's voice snapped him out his trance. He looked up at him, nodding and gave him a smile.

"Yeah, I'm okay. Just thinking." Kwan replied and Sehyoon placed a small kiss on his cheek.

"Thinking about what?" Sehyoon smiled.

"My wonderful boyfriend." Kwan laughed. "Do you know him by any chance?"

"Hmm, I don't think so. I didn't know you had a boyfriend." Sehyoon played along. "Tell me about him."

"He is hot." Sehyoon laughed at Kwan's answer. "He's a complete gentleman, he gets shy a lot even though he denies it and he has the cutest smile. Ah, and he recently dyed his hair blond. He looks so, so sexy."

"You're whipped for him." Sehyoon smiled and Kwan hit him gently.

"So is he." Kwan huffed.

"I bet he is. Who is it?" Sehyoon continued playing and Kwan pecked his lips quickly.

"I think you know him." Kwan smiled.

"I have no clue, but my boyfriend is cuter than yours." Sehyoon teased.

"Oh, really?" Kwan raised a brow at him. "What is he like?"

"Well, at first he had no interest in me whatsoever, I think he hated my guts." Sehyoon laughed when Kwan hit his chest harshly. "He has the cutest eyes, softest hair and he is hot as fuck."

"And I'm the one that's whipped." Kwan teased. "Tell me more."

"His smile lights up my day, he's a complete baby even if he doesn't admit it and I like him so, so much." Sehyoon smiled.

"Awww." Kwan cooed, his smile never fading. "I bet he likes you, too."

"Oh, he does." Sehyoon wiggled his eyebrows, leaned in and kissed Kwan softly. Kwan responded by kissing him back. Sehyoon smiled into the kiss and pulled back after a few seconds.

"He definitely does." Kwan mumbled, but Sehyoon heard him and laughed.

"You're so cute." Sehyoon smiled.

"Shush." Kwan smiled back.

"You make me really happy." Sehyoon admitted. Kwan stared at him a bit, not knowing how to reply for a few seconds. Sehyoon had never told him that. At least not in person.

He smiled. "I'm glad you're not scared to be yourself anymore."

"With you, I wouldn't even dare." Sehyoon replied.

"You're so cheesy." Kwan rolled his eyes and laughed.

"You love it." Sehyoon chuckled.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Kwan stuck his tongue out at him and looked at the time. "Crap, mom's going to be home any minute."

"I'll take you." Sehyoon said, getting up. "Get up." Sehyoon laughed as he saw Kwan lay down where he used to be.

"I don't want to." Kwan replied, snuggling into the couch.

"Babe." Sehyoon called him and got on top of him.

"Get off, peasant." Kwan teased, but when he saw Sehyoon was actually going to get off, he wrapped his arms around his neck tightly. "No, I was kidding, I'm sorry." He rambled.

"You're adorable." Sehyoon said, pecking his lips. "But I have to take you since you haven't told your mom yet."

"Fine, fine." Sehyoon got off and helped Kwan up before making their way to Sehyoon's car. The car ride was short (it always went by so fast for both their liking).

"Want to go out on Saturday?" Sehyoon asked when he parked.

"Where are we going?" Kwan asked, turning to him.

"Hmm, picnic?" Sehyoon suggested. Kwan smiled and nodded.

"Sounds perfect." He replied.

"Great." Sehyoon smiled. "See you then, baby." He said before kissing Kwan. Kwan smiled against his lips before kissing back.

"See you, handsome." Kwan got his stuff and got out of the car. He walked inside the house and Sehyoon drove off.

They made really great timing. Kwan's mom was home literally five minutes later. They talked a bit before Kwan went to his room.

"I'll tell her on Saturday..." Kwan said to himself. He didn't feel like hiding Sehyoon anymore. Sehyoon has stopped his player ways just for him and he was a nice guy. His mom should know why he's been so happy lately.

She must've been suspicious. She always knew when Kwan was talking to someone so it wouldn't be a surprise that when he tells her on Saturday, she already knew about it.
