Chapter 14

I arrived to school with Chan and yawned as we went to our lockers.

"What time did you go to bed last night?" Chan asked me when I finished my yawn.

"2 am..." I replied while rubbing my eyes.

"No wonder you look wrecked." Chan laughed and I hit his arm weakly.

"Shut up." I warned and put in my combination to open my locker. I swung it open and noticed something fall out. I groaned and leaned down to pick up the unknown item. I was sleepy, I couldn't even walk straight. Once I saw it, though, my brain automatically woke up.

I picked up the small envelope and raised an eyebrow. Who put this in my locker? They probably confused the numbers and it was for someone else. I shrugged and opened it carefully, curious to know what was inside. My eyes widened when I read my name in neat cursive writing. This note was really for me?

I looked around, checking if someone was spying on me before reading it.

A not perverted pick-up line? And a lollipop, geez. I took the cherry flavored candy out of the note and unwrapped it before putting it in my mouth. Who ever did this has my heart, I love cherry flavored candy.

"Where did you get that?" I heard Chan ask while I switched my books.

"Don't know, it was in my locker with this." I replied and showed him the note. He took it from me and read it.

"Secret admirer shit?" Chan said and I shrugged as I continued to eat my lollipop. "Aren't you worried that thing might have something on it?"

"Well, if it does it tastes great." I replied, making Chan roll his eyes.

"You should be more careful, Kwan." Chan huffed and put the note back in my locker.

"Nothing will happen, Chan. It's just candy." I argued as I closed my locker and walked with him to our usual spot.

"Whatever you say."

"Chan, calm the fuck down." I said as I placed my hands on Chan's shoulders and looked him right in the eyes. It had been two weeks since "my secret admirer" had left the note in my locker, but that wasn't the only gift they had left.

Everyday I found something new. One day they even left a red velvet cupcake on top of my locker (Chan was the one that saw it and got it for me since he's taller), and Chan was starting to freak out because we both didn't know who was leaving these gifts.

"Kwan, you're too nice. We don't even know who is leaving all these gifts." Chan huffed and crossed his arms over his chest. He is so dramatic.

"I know that, but you don't have to be such a drama king." I laughed slightly at my joke and let go of him. "They're just leaving candies, it's not harmful."

"It is if they have poison or something!" He said loudly while throwing his hands in the air. One word: dramatic.

"You weren't saying that when Donghun left you gifts." I said crossing my arms and raising a brow at him.
