Friday. The day we are always waiting for impatiently. It wasn't any different this time for Byeongkwan. Sure, he was nervous about his date with Sehyoon, but he was also very excited. He could finally admit he liked someone. He didn't feel trapped anymore and that made him happy.

It was currently 4:30pm and he decided he would start getting ready. He usually didn't take long, but he rather be ready with time to spare to having Sehyoon wait for him. He looked through his closet carefully and picked something. He picked a black button-up crop-top, some light blue skinny jeans and his black boots.

He stepped in the shower and carefully washed his body and face without getting his hair wet. He had washed it the day before and told Chan to do it for him. Once he was done, he stepped out and put his outfit on. He looked at himself in the mirror and smiled. He thought this a lot, but he didn't care: he looked hot.

He sat on his bed and got his makeup bags. He put on his Kirby headband to get his hair out of the way, put his blue eye contacts on and got to work.

An hour later, he looked as stunning as always. He put everything away and fixed his hair before going downstairs. It was already 5:45pm ad his stomach decided it was time to do circus tricks. He forced himself to calm down and be patient. It was only fifteen minutes after all. He took deep breaths and eventually calmed down.

"You can do this, Kwan. It's just a date." He told himself and checked his phone. Still ten minutes to go.

His phone rang, indicating a notification and he looked at it quickly.

Channie <3: good luck on your date :)

I smiled at the message and quickly replied.

Kwan <3: thanks, Channie :))

"Going out?" He jumped when he heard his mom's voice, not expecting her to be beside him. He smiled at her and nodded. "With who?" His mom asked, smiling too.

"A friend..." Kwan replied, looking away.

"A friend-friend or a date?" His mom asked. He could literally hear the smile in her voice.

"Mooooom." He whined. "Don't ask that." His mom giggled.

"It's a date, isn't it?" She cooed, sitting beside Kwan and hugging him.

"It is." He rolled his eyes, smiling while hugging her back.

"Is he handsome?"

"Mom." Kwan whined again and heard the doorbell. He was here! "He's here, bye mom."

"Be careful, baby. Have fun." His mom said and kissed Kwan's cheek before going back to her room. Kwan smiled and took a deep breath before opening the door.

There Sehyoon stood, holding a small bouquet of colorful flowers. Kwan looked at him up and down shamelessly. Sehyoon was wearing a grey button-up with the sleeves rolled up, dark blue jeans and fancy shoes. His hair was brushed to the side and he was wearing circular framed glasses. He looked so handsome.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer." Sehyoon chuckled, making Kwan snap out of his trance.

"I just might." Kwan smiled taking his phone out and taking a quick picture of Sehyoon.
