Bracelet.

"Ivy." My name rolled off his lips as the tightening feeling continued. I was being squeezed. I could feel the bile at the base of my mouth, a lump harden in my throat.

"Breathe Ivy." He murmured against my skin. His hand grasped mine and rubbed it, but it didn't do any good. He placed my hand on his chest and rubbed my back.

"Follow me. Ivy come on!" He whispered, sounding so far away from me. He took deep breaths, and I found myself following the same, but I couldn't help but succumb slowly to this sufffocation.

I couldn't hear him anymore. I felt myself being pushed into his chest, his arms holding me straight. I didn't want his pity, but I couldn't make myself do anything. Tears fell down like a waterfall. Yet no sound came out.

That scene ran through my mind over and over again like a broken record. And every time I felt my heart breaking into a million pieces. I thought after everything that occurred five years ago, I was done. Done being hurt. Done being broke. But here I was. Hyperventilating.  My breath staggered and Jungkook's honey voice whispering comforting words, similar to what Taehyung did when I first had my panic attack, when my parents died and he, captured my heart.

I wanted to scream. But no sound escaped my lips. I wanted to destroy everything around, like she did yesterday, but my hands remain limp on either sides of my body. I wanted to run..run far away into the woods..away from everything. But my legs remain embedded on the ground. I couldn't feel my body anymore. I felt light. My eyes didn't focus on any particular thing, but it caught a glimpse of a familiar bracelet on Jungkook's hand which was softly caressing my cheeks.

Before I could think anymore, black and grey spots dotted my vision.

My body felt weightless. As if I was travelling through void.

Soon I was blinded with a bright white light. I slowly opened my eyes...squinting to see through the white. As I felt my eyes adjust themselves to it, I opened my eyes enough to see clearly.

I saw a faded figure, almost transparent. The face was hidden behind the clouds, but I could see the clothes, which were different shades of grey ranging from tint grey to dark grey. The figure extended its hand towards me. The hand was clouded till the wrists.

I extended my hands towards it. Slowly. I felt my fingers tremble as it stretched towards the hand. The hand was inching towards mine, and with every inch it extended, it revealed its bare skin underneath the cloudcover.

Our hands meet. The soft hands met mine. I gripped on it tight, not wanting to pull off it. Gathering all my strength, I pulled it towards me. And there revealed its wrist.
The bracelet it adorned.

The figure tried to free itself from my grip. But I tightened it more instead, refusing to leave it. I could feel sweat glistening my forehead as it dribbled down my face. But I didn't leave it.

I heard a loud laugh. It immediately turned to extremely loud shouts along with hysterics. The white light was eaten up by the dark. The figure was no longer wearing grey. It was now clothed in pitch black. Its face still clouded.

My head ached as the hysterics continued. I shook my head vigorously to stop the intensity of the sound. But my strength faded and grip loosened from the hand. I tried to wriggle out of the place but couldn't move myself. Instead I felt as if crushed by a very heavy weight. I closed my eyes to control the pain. But it went on increasing instead.

"Between good and bad, it is said that good triumphs. But somehow it's wrong. The bad always win somehow."

These were the last words I heard before I lost track of my consciousness.
