Gonna do you straight
to heaven baby!!

"All's fine now. Just...umm, yeah all's fine. There's nothing to worry...as yet."

"Okay. Uh, thank you for your time."

"Ya. So, I'll be taking my leave then." The feminine voice bid adieu. Faint footsteps could be heard while she walked away.

Squinting my eyes, I reluctantly opened them and took in my surroundings. I noticed that my wound didn't pain much. I propped myself on my elbows to sit up. I saw Jungkook close the door and walk towards me.

"Feeling better?" I nodded and looked around for a glass of water. I was suddenly thirsty.

"What do you want?" I ignored him and got down the bed. Noticing the jug and the glass kept on the table, I walked towards it.

As I was about to pour a glass for me, Jungkook took it from my hands and instead did the job himself. As much as I wasn't in the mood to talk to him, I nonetheless mumbled a 'thanks' and chugged it in one go. Licking my lips, I kept the glass back on the table. I caught sight of the time and realised that it was almost seven in the evening.

I was out for long huh.

"Yeah you were out for an hour and ten minutes to be exact." Jungkook responded to my unsounded question. I looked at him and suddenly remembered what all happened before that.

I peeped at the mess that was still uncleared. The scene of him pampering my face so gently, showing his care, leaving everything and coming all worked up just to know that it was unintended. And then, me, like a senseless brat, lashing out at him.

I looked at the horribly torn wires and the console which now rested on the floor.

Damn.
But why did I react so much?
Now that I think, it was completely irrational of me to do so.
In short, I was being a five year old.

Honestly in the first place, I should've make him listen to me nicely. And not just lash out my inner witch at him, like I did. Totally un-adult like.

He came in here running, worried that something might have gone wrong with me. Or I might have been in trouble. And I instead greeted him with my stupid gaming set up. In business, every client is important because you never know from where one can rise and from where one can back stab.
