Beware.
"What's my schedule, Mr. Park?" I asked, typing off the important emails which I didn't reply for maybe two or more weeks. None of them are really important.
"Con-call with the American branch at 9 am. The psychologists have notified about their recent research; the meeting at 11 am. Lastly, the Australian MNC really wanted to have a talk, I arranged them at 3pm. Rest of the important ones have been shifted to the next week." Jimin finished reading out the entire schedule.
"Okay. Umm..just call those spanish ones and fix them up tomorrow or the day after. Leave the french ones for the next week." Jimin nodded and noted it down in his Notepad. I rubbed my chin, reading a few hundred mails which required travelling. Ugh. I hate moving my pretty ass so frequently.
"Anything else, Ms. Kim?"
"Nah. You can go Jimin." I waved him off, and started typing a quick response to the Entertainment companies, really wanting to make up a deal.
From my peripheral vision, I saw Jimin still standing at the same spot. I looked up at him, to tell him off, but instead saw that he looked too weak and pale. His eyes rolled back and he was about to unconscious, but thankfully my instincts kicked in on time and I caught him up.
I picked him up, supporting his weight on my shoulders a little too easily. Dang! He had lost a lot of weight.
"What the fuck happened to you Jimin!?" I gasped out, gaining the attention of the others.
"Shit!" Jungkook was the first one to come in and scooped Jimin on his shoulder.
"Jinae! Call Dr. Haechul immediately." Jungkook called out for her and rushed out of the room, proceeding for the nursing room at the 2nd floor. Thank god they had one.
I followed Jungkook, and we both got in the same lift. He pressed the 2nd floor button, while I clicked on the café one.
Jungkook turned his head to give me an incredulous look, and then scoffed. "Your employee is sick. But all you care about is your morning café." He commented in mocking tone.
How would he know I was going to the café for getting a hot chicken soup, one which Jimin absolutely loved when I made. Before I could answer, the lift chimed and opened up, indicating the arrival of my location.
"Have a great caffeine overdose!" Jungkook mocked me in a typical barista voice. I wanted to turn and give a nice smack on his face. But it was Jungkook we were talking about...dang my soft part.
I walked my way towards the kitchen, ignoring the stares people gave as I stormed through their vision.
"Ma'am how may I help-"
"You can just fuck off and show me the way to your kitchen. Along with the necessary ingredients for a chicken soup." I interrupted the barista, and tapped my foot impatiently. I've always seen this guy stealing glances at me and always being the one to give me my evening snacks. He's cute, but he's a kid.
"O..okay okay Ms. Kim. P-Please follow." The barista lead the way, giving me a good view of his backside. Kid has a good ass.
"All the ingredients are arranged as per your req- orders." That fumble of request and order didn't go unnoticed, but I was too worried about Jimin at the moment. "Mina and Resh can-"
"Just leave me alone for the next fifteen minutes. No disturbances." I gestured the assigned girls to go out. I double checked the ingredients again, not wanting to repeat the same work twice.
