"We will walk because carriages is rare here." Licht said. Tumango ako sa kaniyang sinabi dahil hindi naman uso ang kalesa dito. "But if we are in the Klens City, we can ride the carriage to go to Grison City. So you have to endure it until we get there." He looked at me when I nodded my head.
"I know female demons get easily tired so just tell me if you are, we can rest." I nodded my head again. Somehow I feel shy because of what he said. He cares for me, my health.
Nauuna maglakad sa akin si Licht habang ako ay nasa likod niya. Minsan binibilisan ko ang paglakad ko dahil ang lalaki ng hakbang niya kaya nahuhuli ako. Napatingin ako sa likod ng ulo ni Licht, napapagod din kaya siya?
Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na si Licht ay katulad ko din. May purong dugo daw ako ng demonyo at gayundin si Licht. Hindi katulad nila Hanabi, Venus, Clid at Kenzu na may halong dugo ng tao pero nangingibabaw ang dugo ng demonyo. Sabi nila sa akin simula daw nang magkahiwa-hiwalay ang mga katulad namin yung iba ay nagtago na at hindi na nagpakita.
May isa daw na isang lalaki ang nag-asawa ng taong babae at dun daw nagsimula sina Hanabi. Kakaunti na daw ngayon ang mga katulad namin dahil halos daw lahat ay napatay ng mga tao.

"Licht?" I called out his name.
He glanced at me before he speak. "What?" He asked as he continued to walk.
"Can you tell me about the other demons?" He immediately stopped when I said that so I stopped too. Did I say something wrong?
"Don't you ever mention that again." He said furiously. I instantly nodded my head and we started to walk again.
Bakit ayaw niya banggitin ko ulit iyon? May nangyari bang masama sa mahal niya sa buhay?
Nanahimik na lang ako at sinundan ng tahimik si Licht. Siguro may ayaw siyang maalala sa ibang katulad namin. Inintindi ko na lang si Licht kung bakit ganoon siya. Lahat naman kami may hindi mga magandang pangyayari sa nakaraan kaya naiintindihan ko siya.
We aren't close that much so I can understand if he doesn't want to talk about that.
Napatingin ako sa langit nang makita ko itong hapon na. Mahigit dalawang oras na kaming naglalakad sa bundok at nakaramdam na ako ng uhaw at pagod.
"Licht?" Tumingin sa akin si Licht nang tawagin ko ang pangalan niya. "Do you have water there? I'm thirsty." I asked as he looked away from me.
"I did not." He answered.
"What? Ano ang iinumin natin?"
"The water in the river."
"Are you serious? What if it isn't safe? Dirty?" Sinamaan ako ng tingin ni Licht nang sabihin ko iyon. Why is he glaring at me? I am right. What if it is dirty and we drank it? We will have a sick!
"Outside things doesn't mean they are all dirty. Sometimes they are more safe than what we have inside of the house." He replied. "I can't blame you because you lived inside of the house in your whole life but trust me, they are good too." He smirked at me and then looked away. Namula ako sa ipinakita niya. Why is this guy so handsome? Damn it.
Tumungo kami sa isang ilog na malapit sa aming dinadaanan. Nang makarating kami dito ay namangha ako sa ganda dahil may mga magagandang puno ang kalapit ng ilog.
"Wow... What are these trees, Licht?" Nakangiti kong tanong sa kaniya habang nakatingin sa puno.
"Cherry Blossoms." Sagot niya nang makalapit siya sa ilog. Cherry Blossoms huh?
