Hippolyta

For once everyone has arrived on time. I glance out the window to see the rest of the student body leaving school, a sea of humans, one of which is in a dire situation. I hope Keira got her job done. I glance around the room. Logan sits near the back of the room with Rory, the two of them looking over something on their computer. Autumn seems to be half-asleep, her head leaning on her arms. I walked over to help Keira hoping I won't regret my decision of assigning her with such an important job as looking into who Lola is. I creep up behind her, glancing at the corkboard she's been in front of since she entered the clubroom.

Well then, I wasn't expecting her to go this all-out. The board is covered in photos, pieces of paper and red yarn held in place by thumbtacks. I can't help but think that it looks like something out of a movie. She seems deeply into her work, leaning over to type something into a spreadsheet open on her laptop. Looking at it, I can't help but be shocked. The names of every student in school seem to be listed, along with their info.

"I told you you could count on me!" I spin around in surprise, sighing with relief to see it's only Keira. She stands with her hands on her hips and her head cocked to the side, looking very pleased with herself. "See Polly, I can be helpful!" I can't help but feel a rush of pride. She may be a bitch, but maybe she might not be so bad.

"So what did you figure out?" I ask, turning back to the spreadsheet. Keira comes next to me, scrolling through the list of names, before stopping on a girl. Lolina Degrass. "This her?"

"Yup! Lolina Degrass! With a name like that no wonder she goes by Lola. I learned from talking with some of me and Lola's mutual acquaintances that recently she's been acting skittish and has started to become more clingy, which drives her friends crazy. She's a junior and a virgin."

"That last part was unnecessary." Even as I say this I can't help but laugh. I feel as though I should have started to get to know Keira earlier, she's annoying but a surprisingly hard worker. A bit of a try-hard though. As glad as I am to get this intel, I can't help but be wary of Keira's sudden work ethic. "This is really great though, good job." Keira beams, bouncing on her toes. "Can you give Autumn the go-ahead. I think we can safely reply," I say. Keira flashes me a thumbs up, grabbing the laptop and rushing over to Autumn. Having known Keira for years, she almost certainly going to hold this over my head later.
