Over the past couple of years, the YouTube Fandom has grown larger and stronger. The fans are dedicated, love their idols, and even ship many of the YouTubers together. But they only see what's on the screen. They don't know what happens behind the camera.

Troyler may well be the biggest, most unanimous ship in the YouTube community. How could you not ship it? They're both out as gay, they have amazing chemistry, and they're best friends behind camera as well. And the truth is, both boys have secretly considered taking their relationship further, but neither wants to risk potentially ruining what they already have.

Troye was drawn to Tyler the second he found his YouTube channel, while searching for LGBT YouTubers to find the courage to come out to his family. Because of this, are Troye's quickly growing feelings for the pastel-color haired boy simply from circumstances, or something more?

Tyler is in the same dilemma, in a way; after watching and reblogging Troye Sivan's video about Tumblr, there was no denying the fact that he was continually drawn forward. And after taking to the young man and meeting him, they quickly became best friends. Will Tyler finally make the move he secretly imagined to himself after all this time, or will their friendship become strained from all of the tension building up, piling along with the expectations of family, friends, and fans?

Caspar Lee, a closeted bisexual, always believed that if he ever ended up with a Sugg as his romantic partner, it'd be Zoë. She's amazing, gorgeous, and on her way to becoming semi-famous. What more could he want? But he ends up wrong when it turns out that her younger brother, Joe Sugg, has a strong gravitational pull on the South African boy. And Joe definitely never expected that he'd be attracted to someone like Caspar. He's not even too surprised about being attracted to a guy; he's surprised that it's someone so ridiculously funny and sweet, but can't take anything seriously. But the more he binds with Caspar, will he see more of the man he aches to be closer to?

Hartbig is one of the more bitter, yet well-known ships on YouTube. Hannah and Grace have perfect chemistry, yet everyone knows that Grace is straight, right? Well, Grace is attracted to guys for sure. But Hannah, she was something different. Grace figured she was simply appreciating human aesthetics done right, but then she started getting urges to go further than platonic friendship with her friend, and it's really confusing to her. Not to mention the fact that Hannah has fallen hopelessly deep for Ms. Helbig long ago.

Dan and Phil... Imagining those two apart is literally impossible for the majority of the people who know them and have seen them together. So much chemistry and attraction towards each other can't be ignored, can it? Well, the two boys have certainly tried; and yet, here they are, living together, having a shared channel and shop, working in the BBC Radio together, and so much more. After years of being best friends, will one of the two men finally make a move? Or will they fall too deep for themselves to handle?

Other YouTubers see this chemistry too, and their friends, such as Zoë, Alfie, Marcus, Niomi, Jim, Tanya, Connor, and Mamrie give their outlooks and opinions on the obvious love hanging in the air.

But the thing is, they don't know if they're in love: at least, not all of them.

It's not friendship. It's not platonic. It's not romance.

It's infatuation.
