"I Can't Lose You."
[PAST]
Smiles.
Tears.
Laughter.
Anger.
Love.
When you're living in an apocalyptic world, it's not often someone gets to experience any of these emotions. Especially with the dead rising and the living dropping day after day. Emotions aren't exactly something that would be considered as a top priority when survival is on eveyone's mind every second of the day.
That is, until you meet someone who replaces every survival instinct with one emotion after another.
Emotions that (Y/n) and Louis felt and shared with eachother at any given moment.
Smile of joy upon seeing one another.
Tears of pain and from losing more of those close to them.
Laughter creating more hope day by day.
Anger of being unable to do anything for those around you.
Love.
The amount of love that the two express and share for one another leads one to believe that there is no end.
It had been three years since the two lovebirds finally confessed their feelings, sealing the confession with a kiss that day in the common room infront of the old piano. Like every other couple, the shared every emotion; shared the smiles of their remaining family, shared the shedded tears of the past, shared the the laughter of joy for new hope, shared the anger of not doing more or less, shared the undying love they held and never traded away.
Although somethings end, their love continues on...
"Ouch!"
"You. Need to sit still."
Ruby told the darker toned male as she kneeled infront of him eyes scanning his newly swollen ankle and she gently pushed against it, earning a sudden flinch.
"Ouch! Hey! Easy!"
"You know. I should be the last thing you worry about."
"What?"
Louis blinked as he leaned back against the table of the picnic bench as the redheaded southern female continued to look after the wound inflicted upon him during his time out setting traps with Aasim. She sighed, letting his foot go gently as she pushed herself up from the ground.
"I mean that you got a lot of explaining to do for your girlfriend, especially after getting injured in one of your own traps."
She said with a smirk, in which Louis groaned as he rolled his eyes dramatically.
"Ha. Ha. So hilarious."
She laughed as she shook her head, turning around to walk to the school.
"Keep your ass on that bench, I'll do grab one of the ankle bandages, rags, and the crutches."
She said as she walked off, leaving the injured male to fend off the occasional fly or two with a swat of his hand.
"What the hell?!"
The boy froze in his seat as his blood ran cold, gulping as he shakingly turned his head to look behind him and towads the gate. Seeing Assim greeting a worried yet surprised female who was just reentering. She then took this time to glance over his shoulder as she searched around the courtyard, soon, her bright (Y/n) eyes made contact with Louis' chocolate brown ones. Louis, as nervous as he was about (Y/n)'s reaction he noticed was seemed to be relief flashing across her face as she saw him. Without hesitation she smile sweetly up at Aasim, giving him her thanks for helping her long term boyfriend get back safely as she turned and began to walk towards Louis. When close enough, she gave him one of her charming smiles as she moved to sit next to him on the long seat.
