"This is the third night this week you've stayed over here until after dinner," Rosita comments.

"I know," I mutter, "I just don't want to have a conversation with Daryl, because he's gonna know what happened as soon as I speak," I say.

Ro laughs, "Have you two done anything else?" she asks. I shake my head, "Not since the second time," I say entering her room. "You should go home," she says I nod and turn to leave the room.

I turn back to look at her, "How are you doing?" I ask her. "Sick but fine," she says. "Keep it quiet," she whispers. I nod again and leave the room, this time I walk down the stairs.

I smile when I see Carl lounging on the couch with Michonne and his father, "I'm gonna go home," I whisper bending down to kiss Carl's lips.

He nods, "See you guys," I say before walking out of the house and over the green grass, "Hey," a girl's voice mutters from the space between the houses.

I turn my head to watch Enid emerge from the small alleyway, "Hey," I say back to her, "What's up," I ask.

She shrugs and follows me onto the porch of my house, "Did Ron do something to you at the night of the party?" she questions.

I stop on the steps, "No," I answer. Enid wipes her eyes. "The real question is, had he ever done anything to you," I say as the taller girl turns away.

"No," she answers, "Okay," I say, not wanting to press the subject any further. "Okay," she mumbles, I frown as she walks off the porch.

I reach out to grab her arm, "Don't touch me," she says picking up her pace to run down the street. I shake my head and jump from the steps, I run after her, I slow down and slip behind a house.

She sniffles and keeps running, I look around the corner and see her climbing up the gazebo. I follow her to the spot and place my hands on the railing of the structure. I find my footing and pull myself up onto the roof of the thing.

"Are you okay?" I ask sitting beside her, the girl shrugs and glances to me, "Yeah I guess," she mutters wiping her nose with her sweater sleeve.

"You guess?" I question, she nods keeping her eyes to the ground below us, "If you wanna talk to me you can," I say placing my hand on hers.

"You can't do anything to stop it," Enid mumbles, she shoves her knife into the wooden beam we're sitting on.

"I'm sorry I grabbed you," I whisper, Enid says nothing. "Something happened to me too. While we were out there, we lost more than our share," I say.

I see what she's scratching away in the dim moonlight, it's a heart with her and Ron's initials inside of it.

"Are you and Carl a thing or what?" Enid asks looking up at me again, "I mean, yeah. We've been outside together for more than a year and we knew each other before that," I answer.

She nods, "I've only known Ron for a few months and you even less but I trust you more than him," she whispers.

I place my hand over hers and squeeze lightly, "If you ever need to talk to me, I get what you might be going through," I tell her.

"Come here," I say pulling her into my arms, she sniffles and clutches onto my shirt, "Thank you," she whispers.

"We should get back. You need to go home, I'll see you tomorrow. Okay?" I say climbing down off the trellis, Enid follows.

"I'll walk you home," I say to her as we step onto the road, "Yeah I live with Olivia but she'll already think I'm in bed so I'll climb in through the window," she says as we make our way down the road.
