Flashback
Five years Ago

"Fucccckkk" sabay punas ko ng tissue sa bibig ko.

Two months na kami sa New York everything is going smoothly Quin is showing progress sa mga therapy niya and I am currently enrolled sa NYU taking up Manangement Essential course. Today I woke up in our apartment na sobrang sama ng pakiramdam ko. I decided to ate bagel and cream cheese pero bigla akong nasuka. This is my fourth time today, probably I hit a stomache flu or something. I took my coat from the rack and decided to visit my university doctor para mag pa prescribe ng tamang gamot.

I am seated in the lounge after a series of blood test when my name was called.

"Alex Soriano" saad ng nurse

"Yes that's me" tugon ko

"Doctor Holt wanna see you in his office" I smile at her as she smiled back just a little.

I sit timidly on his sterile clinic when he came in.

"Hi I am Doctor Holt, can I call you Alex?" He asked as I take his hand for a shake

"Sure" maikli kong sagot.

"You are nineteen years old, I see" he stated the obvious as he scan my file "Well Alex when was the last time you got your period" he directly asked

Shiiit kailan nga ba? Nakalimutan ko na but I am always irregular kaya not getting my period is no big deal but yeah I remember biglang nanikip ang aking lalamunan "Two and half months ago" paos kong tugon I tried clearing my throat

"Oh well, Your test came back and it state a positive result on your beta hCg, you are pregnant congratulations" naka ngiti niyang tugon habang nanginig ang buo kong pagkatao. Madami pa siyang sinasasabi ngunit tila ang layo ng pinang galingan ng boses niya. Paano ko sasabihin kay Daddy at Mommy..kay Mama Gab at Quin paano ko sasabihin sa school ko? Sa mga classmate ko? Sa mga kaibigan ko sa Pinas lalong lalo na paano ko sasabihin kay Sebastian... na sa isang gabi when we both let go magiging tatay na siya.

Tulala pa rin ako sa aking nalaman but a switch click inside my head at bigla akong tumako palabas, I  was running to nowhere, riding subways and taxi's my mind don't know where I am going but my heart does after all the craziness I found my self inside the JFK terminal wearing my autumn coat, scarf, leg warmers, riding boots, and wool dress this is crazy oh god I am probably getting crazy.  I open my bag to take my passport and credit card with me and walk directly to the airline counter.

"Chance passenger today for a direct flight to the Manila Philippines please" bulong ko in a husky voice.

She type a few things on her computer as I patiently wait "Oh you are in luck we have a few seats available but it is under business class Ma'am" answer the too friendly airline personnel.

Without saying a word I handed her my passport and visa card. As she process my request. When she is done she gave me my flight ticket and I proceed to boarding.

In two hours I will be riding the plane towards home, towards Sebastian with only my handbag and phone as my luggage.

I look like a crazy person but I cannot wait he must know, it is his right to know.
