Summery: Tony knows about the Winter soldier, and he agrees to help Steve look for him. When they find him in his apartment, Tony makes sure he can help the broken man they found.
He ends up showing the nerdy soldier everything he need to know about 21st century tech.

Tony walked down the corridor with his sunglasses on.

It was the middle of winter, and it wasn't that bright in the tower anyway - tony was just hung over.

He had just walked out of yet another important meeting - he hated meetings - they were more peppers thing than his, even if it was his company. That reminded him, he needed to promote her. if anyone could run the company while he focused more on ironman and the team, then it would be her - because he trusted her.

His thoughts were interrupted by Steve walking out of a nearby meeting room, rubbing his temple and sighing loudly.

"you alright Capsicle?" tony asked as he walked up to meet him. Steve only nodded and looked down at tony.

"why are you wearing sun glasses?" he asked, forgetting about the meeting he just walked out of.

" why are you standing out side a meeting room like someone was just resurrected?" he stared up at the super soldier and Steve just rolled his eyes.

"actually, they have a location on Bucky. " Tony's eyes widened. "oh"

"yeah, and ... tony I need your help. they're still calling him a murderer, and I know with ... your parents and everything you probably feel the same but Bucky isn't a bad person, he ..."

"is a victim of hydra... I know Steve you don't have to worry. I'm thankful thank you told me. "

"yeah .... but I need your help. if they find him before I do . .. before we do, they will lock him up for the rest if his life. I cant let that happen. "

"it wont happen Steve ... I promise."

" thank you tony. I owe you for this." tony smirked, "yeah, I know."

the y set out together to find the winter soldier, and thanks to Tony and his advanced technology, they found him quite easily. he was in an old apartment block. it was small but thanks to starks resources , they found security footage of Bucky walking own the streets into his apartment. they had found him.

They went together, suited up and ready to help Bucky together. They had agreed to meet him in his apartment, and went in alone to not frighten him and make him run. Steve would go in first, seeing as he saved him from the river and he knew him from the 40's.

Tony would wait outside, in case anything went wrong, and they needed to get him another way.

It went well. Bucky saw reason and decided to trust Steve. Then he introduced him to tony, who walked in to the apartment without the suit. He smiled at the soldier, his eyes going straight to the arm. wow. he really wanted to make him a new one, he wanted to look at it, examine it and figure out how it worked, understand Hydra technology.

"... right, Tony." Steve looked at him harshly, knowing some how that he wasn't really paining attention, and was too transfixed on Bucky's metal arm.

"w .. erm, yes?"

"see Buck, you will be safe with us, we wont let anyone get to you. tony will hep to clear your name, reinstate you as a citizen. Everything is going to be okay now."

this time when tony spoke, he knew what he was saying, and spoke with certainty.

"yes, Steve's right. And ... only f its alright with you, I can fix you up with a new arm, "

Bucky seemed to calm at the suggestion. he smiled slightly at both of the men in his apartment, and followed them out and back to the tower, where tony had already prepared his room. Everything was ready for him.

Bucky sat in his room thinking abut everything that had happened. He thought It was a normal day, but what had happened next changed his life forever. He met Steve again, his best friend since childhood. he thought he was alone in the world, knowing no one or nothing about the time he found himself in. But now he had Steve and Howards son -tony stark. He couldn't help thinking how beautiful tony was, and...

He was a genius. he offered to help him even though he didn't even know him. He was going to try to remove the trigger words from his brain and make him a brand new arm. he didn't know what he had done to deserve such kindness from the man.

He sat in his room- his new room. The room given to him by tony in his tower. He was living in tony starks tower, under his roof. He looked around and tried to understand the things that surrounded him. there was a thing looking piece of metal on the wall, the same kind of thing on the desk as well, and the lights seemed different - you could adjust the brightness? He didn't understand.

There was a knock on his door and he shouted, " it open, " he expected Steve to be there, but instead it was tony. He was greeted by his warm smile.

"hey, I erm, I just wanted t make sure you were okay. ... and I erm, I know what steve was like when he woke up, so I just came to see if you had any questions I suppose."

"oh, thanks tony .... and erm, what's that?" he asked pointing to the screen on the wall.

"that's a TV."

"what does it do?"

"it ... well its a TV. It shows... erm, tv programs. "

"I know what a tv is... I just didn't think they would be so.... thin. "

"oh ... yeah. "

"and what's that?"

"that's a computer."

"oh wow really, I heard of them before . .. "

"do you want to see how it works, "

"yeah."

tony walked over to it and turned it on. Bucky watched In awe as tony done everything so swiftly and well. Everything about it was so... advanced. he couldn't get his head around it.

"wow" he said. tony had jut logged on and it was on the home screen.

They spent hours on the computer, with tony just showing him how it worked. Bucky was so amazed by everything he saw and asked loads of questions, even more than Steve, but Bucky seemed to understand it a bit more. He seemed more interested in what tony was saying and enjoyed learning about the 21st century technology.

Later on Steve looked around the door to see both of his best friends from different era's getting alone really well - laughing at what was on the screen in front of them. He always knew they would get along, he always knew they had a lot in common, and if he was honest - it was one of the reasons he got on so well with tony. Both of his friends were nerds.

He smiled as he saw them so happy, and it was amusing to see Bucky so clueless about the world he now felt accustomed to.

Did he look that stupid when he first woke up?

He slowly left the two to continue with whatever the hell they were doing, and left with a wide grin on his face - but he never would have thought, that he was losing his best friend - to his best friend.
