𝐓𝐖𝐎, sokka + zuko

seven - firebender.

1st P.O.V

Since we've escaped from Ba Sing Se, nothing much happened. We took over a Fire Nation ship, and were disguised as soldiers.

Aang was still in coma. Katara took care of him and his scar.

Sokka and I were the ones who brought food, stealing it from the kitchen of some rich general. We got caught a few times though, but we managed to escape.

Even though i started developing a tiny crush on Sokka, all i could think of was Zuko. How i actually trusted him, but he came back to his origins. He regained his honor, but not in the right way.

I sat down on the deck, looking up to the stars. I have to tell them, sooner or later, i can't keep my bending a secret forever. I sighed and stood up, leaning onto the edge of the ship.

''It's pretty cold out here, why don't you come back inside? Katara just made us all dinner.''

I was kinda startled by the voice, so I turned around. It was just Sokka.

''Y/N? Is everything alright, i mean you're usually laughing and hanging around Toph. Don't tell me you to got into a fight like Katara and Toph did-''

I chuckled and went with him into the ship. We sat down as Katara served us bowls of some soup. I remained quiet, while the others were talking and laughing.

I excused myself and left early to sleep. I had a batch of pillows that i slept on, near where Hakoda, Sokka's and Katara's father slept. I jumped onto the hay pillows, making myself comfortable.

Soon Hakoda and a few younger Water Tribe warriors joined me, they were all talking and laughing, and as soon as they toned down a bit, i drifted to sleep.

Zuko's P.O.V.

I sighed and looked up to the sky. I was on the beach, leaning onto one of the big rocks.

''Mai is sitting alone on the balcony, now is your chance, prince charming''

''Azula? How did you even find me? And i'm not in the mood to talk to anyone.'', i said as i turned around, dissapointed but not surprised by who i see.

''You're still thinking about the dual bender, am i right? She is wanted all over the Fire Nation, dead or alive. Some of our soldiers are searching for her too.''

I remained silent, but she was right, I was thinking about Y/N.

''Come on Zuzu, let's go. Forget about the girl so we can ruin the party.''

I followed her against my will, but i had a bit of fun while burning down that house down.

1st P.O.V.

I woke up, and as usual, went on the deck, waiting for everyone else. When they came, we sat down and talked.

I heard running somewhere, i turned around to see the metal door slam open, revealing Aang. We all ran up to him, asking him questions.

At first, i hestitated to tell them what i need to. But I gained courage, and asked them to talk.

We went into the basement of the ship.

...

Silence.

I was scared to tell them. Nobody except for me and my grandpa knew that i could firebend. What will they think about me? Will they hate me?

''What did you want to tell us Y/N?'' ,Katara asked, breaking the silence.

I sighed, and finally said: ''I'm sorry...uhm...you might hate me for this...but uhm...''
