Chapter 4 (Apple) [yes I know, Apple]

I finished up with Blonde and smiled at her remembering my mothers a advice to smile during peril. Then as fast as I could I hurried up to my dorm. The door was unlocked.
Someone inside laughed.
It was Raven.
But different.
Not-Raven (Author: I'm going to call her Nevar [Raven backwards]) was cold, cold as ice, whereas Raven was warm, and kind.
"Hello Apple!" Nevar said with a glint of evil in her eyes.
"Hi... Raven..." I said.
"I got you a gift!" She said.
"Thanks" I said.
She pushed a magenta box into my hands. I opened it up and an adorable puppy jumped into my arms.
"I LOVE HIM!" I screamed unable to resist cuddly, adorable, cuteness, balls of fluffy love!
POOF!
Suddenly I was holding a hissing bone rat.
I screamed and dropped it. Nevar picked it up.
"He's mine now. Did you like the trick? It was inspired by my mother!" She smiled.
I nearly burst into tears.
"I thought you wanted me to be evil?" She cocked her head innocently.
I gulped and nodded weakly.
"For the good of the story" I said.
"For the good of the story" Nevar agreed.
"Delivery for Apple White!" honked a goose outside my door.
I went to the door and signed the paper. A silver mirror appeared in my room.
"You don't need anymore mirrors Apple!" Nevar laughed.
I smiled weakly. "But just look at it! So beautiful."
She nodded and smiled.
I would have to talk to Raven later.
