Chapter 15

(4k guys, wow. I haven't updated in a while and I want to thank you guys for sticking with me. And I want to apologize. I have turned into the fanfiction writer most despise, the one who doesn't update for months at a time. I especially want to apologize to those name I recognize because they comment and vote so often and have been with me for so long. I also want to apologize to Mocking_Irwin[Newt? Is it Newt now? It's been a while] I haven't read your fanfic since I stopped writing mine. Being away from you guys makes me feel like I've lost a close friend, so please forgive me. I've added a twist in the plot because when I saw SpringUnsprung I shipped Bunister so hard that I literally screamed "WHO CARES ABOUT CUPID" so I've twisted the plot a teensy bit. Without further ado I present to you:)
Cupid
I healed quickly with the help of some magic and tried to stand up but wobbled and fell into Alister.
"Whoa whoa whoa Lady Love, slow down" He smiled and pecked my forehead, sitting me back down on the bed before sitting next to me.
"But I have to help!" I protested.
"Not with the balance you've got right now."
I smiled and looked into his eyes. Something about them was, different then usual. In fact he'd been acting unusual since the battle began. Ignoring Bunny, kissing me. I never knew he felt that way about me, I always thought he loved Bunny and I usually have an eye for such things being the daughter of Eros. I finally placed what was wrong with Alister. There was a purple glint in his eye. A purple glint identical to Nevar's.
Dexter
"C-come on guys." I said unsurely.
"Dexter what's wrong?" Blonde asked.
Maddie looked to the horizon sadly.
"It's Raven Blonde. Raven's trapped in a mirror prison, it's part of the reason this whole crazy Nevar business started." She said quietly, her voice practically dripping with emotion.
Suddenly Cupid ran/limped up to us, panting hard.
"It's Alister. He doesn't actually like me. Nevar's brainwashed him and many others to throw us off track. That's why he's been ignoring Bunny!" She sounded disappointed, but determined.
"Cupid! You can't just come running away with an injury in the midst of a battle!" Alister said running after her.
When he finally caught up with us I saw it. The evil purple gleam in his eyes. Cupid looked at him sadly, then punched him in the face.
"What the-!"
"Cupid!!"
"If only I could put this on my mirror-cast!"
Alister fell over, but quickly stood back up again rubbing his nose in confusion, his bright blue eyes back to normal.
"Where's Bunny? What's going on?!" He asked looking at the battle raging around us.
"I'll handle this, and also figure out how to fix the others before anyone else get's hurt" Cupid assured me, but she couldn't hide that sad disappointed look in her eyes.
I hoped that one day she'd find someone to finally erase her pattern of heartbreaks.
I turned to Blonde, "Go help in the battle. Me and Maddie got this"
She nodded and rushed off.
I turned to the setting sun. The battle had been raging for what seemed like forever.
Raven had been gone for what seemed like forever.
What started out as simple as me trying to figure out how to ask her to a dance had turned into a mess filled with loss and confusion and now a choice. A choice that I would have to make.

Would it be awful to tell you that we're approaching the end? These next few chapters are ones I've had based on my head since I threw Raven in mirror-prison and Dexter into this mess. I'm so so sorry that after cruelly ignoring you guys I have to end it all. But its's been a ride and I love you guys
