Reunion

The Force Awakens

I gasp for air as I woke up from my 'coma'. Rey held me down. I looked at them with fear. Rey called in Chewie, who held me down. I saw Finn, not responding.

"Stay still Hera." Rey touched my hand, I started to calm down. "I fought him. Its okay now."

"What? How?" I looked at her. Then there was a pull. "You're force sensitive." There was some dark pull, just like I had with Ben, a long time ago, but there was more light than dark.

"Kylo Ren wont hurt you anymore." She stood up, i grabbed her hand.

"Rey?" She looked back at me. "Are you okay?"

"I will for know. You should get some rest. Its been a long day for you. We're landing in 10." She walked out. I pulled my knees to my chest. I couldn't get the idea what had just happened. That isn't Ben, but still, deep down, he's in there. Im not going to stop trying. The ship landed. I got out of the ship, behind everyone. They were hugging each other. BB-8 ran to me. He made a happy shriek.

"Hey, i missed you too." I kneeled down. He was happy to see me.

"Hera?" I stood up and saw Poe. The worry in his eyes were suddenly gone. "Oh thank goodness." He ran up to me, hugging. I hugged him back, tight. "I thought I lost you." He cried.

"You cant get rid of me that easy." He chuckles. He pulls me away from the hug. He saw my face. He traced the wound. I winced in pain.

"Kylo?" I didn't answer, i just looked away. He just hugged me again. I cried on his shoulder.

"It was Ben." There was nothing from Poe. I just stayed in his arms. I needed it.

"Hera come, we need to heal that properly." Said Rex as he took me away. I sat on the table, as he put bandages on. I was just in my tank top and pants, it was hot and i just couldn't breathe. "Kylo Ren did that?"

"Uh yeah. I tried to beat him, but he was too strong." I dangle my legs back and forth. Rex came and sat down with me as he was done treating the scar on my face.

"Im glad your back. Everyone was getting worried about you. We didn't hear from you for days. We all thought you were gone. General Leia was devastated. She knew you were alive though. She didn't give up on you." I nodded my head. "Poe was so sad, he wanted to go back and get you but, he knew the risks. He knew you wouldn't want him to come back for you." I looked at Rex. He was sad.

"Whats wrong Rex?" I asked him.

"I know you don't like me, but I care about you." My face fell. "As a friend. Just you in that horrible base, i didn't want to think that you were dead. With everything that's happening now, i just don't know what to believe anymore." I grabbed his hand. He picked up his head.

"As a friend, We're all we have now. I promised that I give my life to the resistance, like my parents. Don't stop believing Rex, you can do so much more." I patted his hand. I jumped off of the bed and grabbed my top. "You're not that bad Rex."

"Thanks." I waved goodbye as I walked out of the room. I started to head to the quarters. Everyone started to turn to look at me. I gave them a little wave. I started to make my way to the front where Leia was. Leia's face softens. She comes up to me and touches the scar that Ben gave me. I winced.

"Hera-"

"Its fine." I told her, holding her hand. Poe just looked at us from the distance.

"Come, so we talk somewhere quiet." I followed her to a small room.
