Moonpaw yawned and lifted her eyelids. It was barely morning, but she could see a dark figure in the shadows. She guessed it was the tom. Moonpaw stretched and yawned. She slowly got up and walked out the cat-door. The white cat walked toward the figure until it was close enough to see clearly. Yes, it was the handsome tom that she saw yesterday. He wasn't facing towards her, but the sunrise. He sat upon the fence post with a straight back. His jet-black tail curled up around his body for warmth against the occasional chilly breezes that passed by. The purple on his collar was slightly highlighted by the sun. Moonpaw decided to climb up there and try to whack a conversation out of him. She pounced up right next to him as he slightly flinched. He stared at Moonpaw with his icy blue eyes and then started to speak:

"Oh... Hello there. You frightened me..." He replied.

"Ah I'm s-sorry!"

"It's alright." He chuckled.

"R-really?"

"Yeah."

"I'm M-Moonpaw..." Moonpaw blushed a bit, looking down at her paws.

"Oh... I don't really have a name... But my family calls me Tiny." It was his turn to look at his paws.

"Really? You're not that tiny to me!"

"Hmm... How old are you?"

"I think I'm seven moons..."

"Very small for seven moons... I'm seven in a half moons." (I don't care if he isn't XD)

"Oh... That's cool."

"Yeah." Tiny purred.

Then they both started talking about their siblings and mothers. Turns out they were sort of alike in some weird way. Of course they became best friends that day. They chatted everyday at that time until their families woke up. They started to become more than just friends at one point. Of course their siblings would tease them to bits while their mothers just didn't pay attention, like they didn't care. Even though their families didn't care about them, they cared about each other.

"I love you, Tiny."

"I love you more."
