"Stop it! Both of you!"
Moonfur snarled, jumping in front of the two cats, who were her kits, Frightpaw and Fearpaw.
"But Mama! He insulted me!"

"I did not!"

"Yeah you did!"

"Not!"

"Silence!" Moonfur snarled again. The two siblings stopped their quarreling, but glared at each other with hatred. Moonfur spotted Scratchclaw from a distance, she must have been watching. "Scratchclaw, what exactly happened?" Scratchclaw nodded.
"I believe that young Fearpaw here was jealous of Frightpaw... Frogleap was teaching Frightpaw a really strong and advanced move while Bone told Fearpaw to help out with the queens... then they started insulting each other." Moonfur shook her head with disappointment.
"I thought I taught you better..." She sighed. "Although I won't punish you. I'll assure you that." She mewed, walking into her den.
Fearpaw tilted his head. Not getting punished was a rarity in the Cloudclan/Bloodclan alliance. Frightpaw scowled.
"You should have been punished... It's not fair!" Frogleap walked into the alleyway. "Time for more training, Frightpaw." Frightpaw sighed and nodded. "Alright Frogleap... could we try that one move again? The Slash Swipe?" Frogleap nodded and grinned. "Follow my lead."

Moonfur woke up the next day. Today was the battle with the forest clans. Scourge would be here soon to pick up the remaining cats of the clan. She walked out of the dump, looking around. Every cat was either practicing battle moves or eating prey. She spotted Frogleap and Raccoontail chatting and sharing a fat mouse. She walked over to them. "Ready for the battle?" The two nodded. "Many cats will die... but at least we will have plenty of prey for all of the kits, elders, and queens." Raccoontail purred, her lime green collar sparkling. Moonfur nodded and sighed.
"Perhaps so..." She agreed. "Scourge should be here soon... Frogleap, go and gather all of the warriors into groups of ten." The Cloudclan leader replied, flicking her tail to the rest of the clan. The young deputy nodded and did as she was told. She began forming groups of warriors. Raccoontail looked over to Moonfur. "Shall I help?" The pretty she-cat asked. Moonfur shrugged.

"Gather all of the kits and queens together, they won't be fighting." Raccoontail nodded and ran over to the nursery, mewing to all of the queens. Moonfur sighed and decided to gather the elders. She padded to their den. A few of them were sharing stories. "Is everyone here?" The elders all looked around and nodded. "Everyone's here." Moonfur nodded. "Good, no one come out. The queens will take care of you."  She promised, padding out. The elders continued their stories. When she walked out, she was surprised. There were groups of about fifty warriors already.
She nodded with approval. Moonfur looked towards the nursery. Raccoontail had every queen and kit huddled into the large den.
Moonfur nodded again. "Good... everything is in order." She mewed to herself, relieved. "Sure seems to be." A voice mewed softly in her ear.
"Scourge!" Moonfur purred, turning around and nuzzling him. Scourge purred with his mate and licked her head. "Is everyone ready to go?"
He asked. "Yeah, I'll gather everyone up." She mewed, smiling. She leaped upon the dump and yowled.

"Every group of ten warriors line up behind me and Scourge! We will be leaving shortly!" Moonfur mewed, her blue teeth-lined collar seemed to glow, and the faint blood splatters sparkled. Scourge nodded and watched as the groups of cats lined up behind him. Moonfur dipped her head and jumped off of the dump, padding towards the Bloodclan leader. Scourge nodded and got up from his sitting position. "Let's go."
Moonfur spotted Frogleap, Scratchclaw, and Raccoontail leading a few of the groups. "I'll lead the group behind yours."
"Alright." Scourge replied. Moonfur padded slower, wanting to catch up with the group behind Scourge's. "I'll be leading this group." She mewed to one of the warriors. He nodded and padded behind Moonfur. They were almost at the forest, then their fate would come.
