Nezuko's POV

Tanjiro was taken to the demon slayer corps as the demon slayers recovered from the chase. The little demon was taken into the recovery room to be examined for any physical injuries.

What shocked the demon slayers the most was when they were told that the boy they were dealing with was thirteen.

Tanjiro appeared to be around the age of three when you first look at him, but when Nezuko told the medic's the truth, they couldn't bring themselves to believe that this adorable child was thirteen.

The little boy though, was still unconscious, the sedative and the boys emotions really wore him down. Also the mystery of what kind of drama Tanjiro could've experienced from his kidnapping by Muzan.

Everyday, Nezuko sat my her little brother. She watched her brother sleep cutley, his legs close to his chest and arms close together. And his body turned onto the side.

(This position, but much cuter and adorable Tanjiro)

Nezuko chuckled to herself at how she was acting like her mother. She was the kindest woman had ever met. She had the purest heart one could ask her... and to think she could get eaten so easily and mercifully by the one demon that needs to die...

The young demon slayer sighed as she stood up to leave, but as she turned around to face the door, she heard a rustling behind her. Nezuko spun around to face a boy staring straight at her with blood red eyes, his face showing no emotion, but it didn't do anything to hide his cuteness.

As the girl stepped closer, the boy backed up in his bed. He had the lool of fear and uncertainty in his eyes. And started shaking.

Was Tanjiro having one of his moments? Does he remember that we saved him! But... does he even remember that I'm his older sister?

Nezuko tilted her head and smiled with a look of kindness. The window that had some-how opened let in a soft breeze that blew Nezuko and Tanjiro's hair slightly. Each staring at eachother with concern.

It was as if they were frozen in time. The blossom trees sway in the wind as the boy stops shaking, but just crawls back under the covers. Taking refuge under the warm fluffy blankets.

Nezuko slowly walked over to the boy, standing over him while she watched Tanjiro hide his face under the blankets.

She sat down on her knees and waited as Tanjiro took a small peal from under the covers. When he met Nezuko's face, she smiled again at him. She wanted to make it very clear that she didn't want to hurt him in any way.

It was just like how it was back then. Tanjiro was still the same sensitive child he always was

But of course, not everything was there.

Tanjiro was afraid of Nezuko

And Tanjiro didn't remember anything from his past. Or so she thought.
