Nezuko's POV

I immediately run up to the town square, where the net had just been activated. All around the net stood about thirty low ranked demon slayers, who were holding on the net very tightly, not wanting the person inside it go free.

When Nezuko checked what was inside the net, she found none other then her precious little brother.

He struggled inside the net, desperately trying to get out.

The young demon slayer winced as she looked at him. Not only was he a demon, but he was so much smaller then he used to be. His eyes were darker red, and his teeth had turned into fangs.

But she wouldn't let herself get down about this. She finally got her brother back. But...

Why does this feel so wrong?

Tanjiro's POV

Lot's of people surround me, their faces all on me. They hold me in a ginormous net, and me, stuck inside of it.

At first, I try getting untangled by moving my body--- but even though my body was tiny, it still wouldn't work. I next try to slice the net in half with my claws, but that also ended up failing.

I tried over and over again, from biting the net to trying to jump out.

Tanjiro was very frustrated. Why did the demon slayers want him of all people? He was a demon for god sake.

But as the boy looked around, Muzan was no where to be seen. The boy curled up as he gave up and whimpered, as he tuck his legs into his stomach. Why did he leave him! Was Tanjiro being bad? I thought that Muzan loved Tanjiro!

But was that... all a lie?

No- the demon slayers were going to use him! They were trying to kill Muzan! But I have to show him I'm not weak by getting caught by simple demon slayers! I have to go back to Muzan!
But as he tried to get up again, a pair of strong hands lifted Tanjiro from the net, holding him close to their chest.
He leaned closer into the persons chest, their warmth was unfamiliar.. yet.. similar at the same time.

Tanjiro put his head against the persons shoulders. "M-muzan?"

But as Tanjiro looked up, he realized this wasn't his master. It was someone  completely different from the one he knew.

Tanjiro began shaking hysterically, with the person who just held him tighter.

Giyyu's POV

I took the young boy from the net, as he was curled up into a ball.

I brought him into my arms as he leaned in closer, his small body leaning against mine.

For a minute I thought that he would start attacking everyone, but he only leaned closer, retiring his head into the nook on my shoulder.

I started walking towards the medics, when Tanjiro muttered something under his breath.

"M-muzan?" The boy whispered, his voice cracking at the end. The boy looking around, then finally meeting Giyyu's face.

The boy's face went from hopeful to complete fear, as the boy began hysterically shaking. Since Giyyu had never experienced something like this, he just held the boy closer to his body, making sure the boy felt safe, and reassured the boy that there was no harm.
'Maybe if he's held by his sister...'  Giyyu thought, and turned around to face Nezuko.

Nezuko looked at Tanjiro, the small boy's face full of fear.

'What could of possibly went down?' Nezuko thought, thinking about horrible things Muzan could've done to Tanjiro.
