It was four days already and I was back in my hostel with Chanita, I came back in the evening and didn't go to school that day. I didn't know when Chanita came in cause I was taking a nap but when I finally woke up, she looked as pretty as ever, the injury she had gotten from the fallen, weird room incident on her brow was nothing more than a dull brown mark that stretched and had a sharp curve close to her eye. Other than that, she looked perfect, or at least I thought she did until my eyes met hers.
"You didn't hurt Miss. Beethoven did you? I mean, this morning, when she was giving us a speech, I saw terrible, really terrible scars that were obviously of burns"
"I didn't know what happened Chanita, she placed her hand on my forehead and she got burnt"
"wow! You're strong, the strongest I've ever seen" Chanita said, her eyes not leaving me.
"Well let's forget that for now. Wanna be my partner in the upcoming War Splatter?"
"Huh? What's that?" I asked while reflexively trying to be cautious and sitting on the edge of my bed.
"Calm down girl, it's just a friendly competition of sixteen teams, a team is made up of two people and they take on another two, they try defeating their opponent so that they can move on to the next stage. The losers get disqualified and the winners get an awesome but mysterious prize".
"I... I guess I will participate" I said as my eyes caught the little twinkle of joy in Chanita's beautiful eyes.
