Friday Afternoon:

This week was extremely long. Who knew that the teachers could assign so much homework in just the first week of my freshman year of college? I didn't have much time for anything besides sleep, studying, and going to class. I think I'm excited for tomorrow night. Macy said we need to go dress shopping tomorrow...

Saturday Morning:

Macy and I spent the day at the mall buying outfits for tonight. I don't know HOW she talked me into going to the club. I'm not even 21. I'm barely 19. Anything and everything could go wrong! But hey, it's my first official weekend in college, and maybe I wanna have a little fun. Is that so wrong? After we finished our early afternoon shopping spree I needed to pick up a photo order and fill my car with gas so I dropped Macy back off at our dorm.

Macy 💜

Hey Macy what time are we going to the club?

We should probably leave at 8:00

Okay sounds good. I'm out ordering dinner would you like me to bring you anything?

A chicken sandwich with a small salad would be amazing! Thank youuu!

Okay, I'll be back in 10

"Did someone order a chicken sandwich and salad?" I say as I walk into our dorm.

"YUM gimme!" Macy leaps off her bed to grab her food.

"I'm going to go change and I'll be back," I say as I walk back towards the hallway.

"Okay, well, I'll just be here eating this delicious sandwich." She responds, her eyes filled with contentment.

When I arrive back, Macy has her laptop open and is lying on her stomach on her bed,

"Hey Mace, I'm gonna start on my makeup," I tell her.

She looks up from behind her computer screen, "Kk! What are you gonna do with it?" she asks curiously.

"Not sure, yet," I say as I take my makeup bag out of my desk, "I guess I'll figure it out as I go." I laugh.

Once I'm done with my makeup, I put my makeup bag back into my desk and tell Macy,

"It's still early yet, so I think I'm going to go sit outside and work on my homework."

"Okay, sounds good. Just don't stay out too late," she says.

I'm sitting on the bench inside the courtyard when I start to see many students walk back to their dorm and then I hear over the announcement speakers that the cafeteria is close to closing. This signals to me that it's almost 8:00.

I didn't realize I had been that carried away, and quickly glance at my phone to check the time,

Crap! It's 8:00 already, Macy's going to kill me!

I run towards our dorm and grab Macy. "Omg! I'm sorry I'm late! Let's go!"

"You're not that late. We can get there whenever we want. We'll be there all night." she laughs.
