Sadie's POV

My phone buzzed while I was busy with my calculus. I checked it only to see a random number. It's probably Caleb.

Caleb: Hey Sadie. It's Chocolate Daddy.

I laughed after reading this.

Sadie: I don't even wanna know lol.
Caleb: But you will. What's up?
Sadie: You told me something about Millie and Noah hanging out.
Caleb: Oh yeah. When Finn, Gaten and I walked into school, we saw Millie and Noah chilling in the hallway.
Sadie: Were they having fun?
Caleb: Yeah. Seemed like it. They were comfortable around each other.
Sadie: Something's weird here.
Caleb: Like what?
Sadie: I'd rather talk about this in person.
Caleb: Meet me at Hawkins Mall tonight the boys will be by the arcade.
Sadie: The girls and I were already planning on going tonight. We'll be by the foodcourt. Let's meet by the movies or something.
Caleb: It's a date. Lol.

I put my phone down and started getting ready to meet the girls at the mall.

The Present
Hawkins Mall.

I was sitting with the girls by Burger King. Where we always hang out. "Did you guys hear about Jacob." Lexi placed her tray on the table. "Please Lexi, not tonight. Some of us don't feel like talking about our obnoxious overrated ex boyfriends." Millie groaned. "Millie, you two broke up like eight months ago." I tell her.

"I don't care. He's such a douchebag." She whines. "Yeah I'm so done with boys. They're beneath us." Lexi took a bite of her burger. "You right. Who do they think they are? A toast to no boys forever!" Millie screamed before Lexi and her clicked their cups. "Sorry guys. I love my fair taste of men." I happily declined.

"I don't know why you agreeing to Lexi's bullshit Mills. I saw you today with Noah." Sadie says. "Shut the front door." Lexi spat out her drink. "Noah and I are just friends, alright." Mille defended. "Why didn't you tell us then?" I interrogated. "Because you'd feel like I betrayed you two by spending time with one of the enemies." Mille answered. "Does he feel like an enemy?" Lexi had a question of her own. "No. Of course not. Noah's different from the other boys. He's sweet and kind and he's very thoughtful." Millie's looked away.

"And how sure are you that those other boys are different from Noah. I mean he wouldn't be best friends with them if they weren't like him." I say leaving Millie speechless. I took out my phone and texted Caleb, telling him I'm ready to see him. I stood up and told the girls I was going to the bathroom.

I soon got to the theaters and found Caleb standing there all alone. "Took you long enough. I've been waiting here for the last five minutes." He says ferociously tapping his wrist. I laughed at his crazy antics.
"Hi Caleb." I smiled. "Good evening Sadie. You have won a free ticket to spend the rest of the night with the one and only chocolate daddy." He smirked. I laughed yet again. I've always hated this boy for so long, I can't believe he's so funny.

"So firstly, let me start by saying. It's nice to talk to someone different for a change. I need a break from my girls." I tell him. "I agree, too much time with Finnlard is never a good thing." He replies. "Finnlard?" I hold in another laugh. "Yes, I'll explain that later. Let's get to the point of this meeting." He clears his throat.

"I just spoke to Millie. She told me that she's just friends with Noah. She also said he's sweet, kind and very.." "Thoughtful?" Caleb interrupted me. "Well yeah how'd you know that?" I now raise an eyebrow. "That's what all girls say about Noah. It's kind of weird but that's what they all say." He said.

"You and Noah ain't so different right? Do you consider your friends as assholes?" I inquire. "Not at all. We're really sweet and very lovable." He winks before I playfully punched his arm. "You such a flirt Caleb." I smirked. "You're very beautiful Sadie. I would do anything in my power to impress you." He said softly. My cheeks began to flash a very bright colour of red. Sadie what the hell is happening with you?

"Thank you Caleb you don't look so bad yourself." I chuckled. He raised his hands in defeat. "Millie only has good things to say about Noah and I now know you're a really decent guy. So why is there so much hate between our groups?" I wondered. "I think the problem originates from Millie and Finn. We somehow have to get them together, maybe they can sort out their issues." He suggests. "Caleb, that is the smartest thing you've said all day." I hugged him.

"I have just the plan." He smiled while holding me tighter.
