Sadie's POV

Caleb dropped by at the exact time he promised for our date. I know it's going to be amazing. He spent weeks planning our long awaited outing, it just depends on how flawless his execution is.

"Hi Sadz." He greets with a grin from ear to ear. "Greetings my love." I mimicked a british accent. "You know Millie's not going to be happy about that." He chuckled. "Yeah I'm aware, but she doesn't have to know." I say giving him a wink.

"Well, who do we have here?" My mom asked standing right behind me by the door. "Oh mom. This is Caleb and Caleb this is my darling mother." I introduced them to one another. "It's lovely to meet you Caleb." My mom says while shaking his hand. "The pleasure's mine Mrs Sink. I actually bought you these". He replied pulling out a bouquet of roses from his bag.

"Oh my. How sweet of you Caleb and please, call me Karen." My mom mentioned before walking to the living room to place the roses in a vase. A few minutes later, I got ready and it was time to leave. "Bye Karen." We both said in unision. "Bye kids. Have fun." She waved off as we headed out.

"Where are we going?" I asked curiously. "It's a suprise babe." He smirked before handing me a blindfold. "Do I really have to wear this?" I started getting nervous.  "Yes, I just told you it's a suprise didn't I. Don't worry I'll guide you." He laughed. Weird thoughts started running through my mind while we made our way to our destination.

I kept on coming up with weird scenarios in my head, that Caleb asked me out on a date just to kidnap me. Maybe that's why he blindfolded me, so I wouldn't see where we were going. I know he'd never do such to me but it was just so interesting to think about. Even if he did, he'd be the the only suspect cause all my friends knew I'm going out with him and so does my mom. So he wouldn't be dumb enough.

After what I assume was about twenty minutes of walking. We finally came to a stop. "You ready?" He asked. I nodded my head in response. He removed the blindfall and holy shit, what he did here was really incredible.

Once we got there, He took out a blanket from his bag and laid it down. He then put the food he made on the blanket. He made us sandwiches and got us some ice cream. To top if off, he also got us Mountain Dew. I took two glasses out and I poured the Mountain Dew into the glasses. We began eating and drinking.

"Caleb this was wonderfully planned out. Thank you." I exclaimed. He really went all out for this. Being in a relationship with Caleb was the best thing I could've ever asked for. He's so sweet, caring and funny. We never fight, but I do believe it's bound to happen in the near future.

After eating, Caleb and I laid on the overly large blanket that he had laid out for our picnic. We were staring deep into the stars above us. This is something I wish I did every night, it's a great way to clear your mind. Caleb sat up and gave me a smile.
"You truly make me happy Sadie Sink. I hope you know that." He said.

I reached up and grabbed his shirt, yanking his face down to mine and quickly kissing him. I felt his grip on my waist in an effort to pull me closer and of course I obliged. It was controlled and wild all at the same time. It made my head spin and my thoughts rapidly retreat.

Once our make out session ended, we went back to laying on the blanket. My head was resting peacefully on his firm chest. "It's getting late. What's the time?" I ask running my fingers down and up his upper body. "It doesn't matter." He answered. I felt his breath hit the surface of my hair. "Why do you say so?"

"Because, I asked Millie to tell your mom that you're sleeping over by her place tonight. So I got you for the rest of the night. "You never cease to amaze me Caleb McLaughlin." I smiled. "Anything for the girl of my dreams." He kisses me one last time.
"Thank you so much for tonight. I love you." I say. "I love you too Sadie." He says sincerely. I soon fool asleep in his arms feeling safer than I've ever been with anyone else.
