Millie's House
21:35

I sat on the roof of my house with Sadie and Noah watching the beautiful sunset take place on the famous Hawkins Hill. I do this almost every night. It's an amazing spot which helps me think.

"So are you and Caleb a thing now?" Noah questions not caring about details. "Yeah we are, didn't you listen to anything I just said." She giggled. "Of course I did, I want to know whether you two are a thing." Noah repeated. "Yes they are Schnapp. Now quit being a little bitch." I answered on Sadie's behalf. "Language!" I heard my dad shout from inside the house. "Sorry!" I shout back regretting what I said.

My dad soon popped his head out my window and looked up at us. He handed me tha jar and I took it with pride. Yes ladies and gentlemen, the swear jar. I put $10 in the jar and passed it down to him. "You kids doing good?" He asked. "We're doing ok Mr. Brown, thank you." Noah answered respectfully. "Alright I'll see you guys later. Millie I need you to watch Ava for the night." My dad instructs referring to my little sister.

I nod in response not wanting to say anything. The man lost me a whole 10 dollars, there's no way I'm forgiving him for that. Sadie digs in her pocket and hands me her money. "All is forgiven." I muttered. I stand up and dust myself off before going back inside, my friends follow my lead and repeat my actions.

"Avaaaa!" Sadie runs to pick up her little sister from another mother. "Hi, Sadie." My sister tightens her grip on Sadie. "You good kiddo? It's been a while since I last saw you." Sadie asked. Ava nodded her head. "It's only been three days." I groaned in frustration. "I think it's cute." Noah said. "You're no fun Millie. I like Sadie." Ava murmured the last part.

My relationship with the little one isn't the healthiest around. We spend most of our time fighting and my parents had given up trying to focre us to get along. It's never going to happen and this is going to be the longest night of my life.

Meanwhile at Hawkins Mall
Finn's POV

"I can't believe we lost to Lexi." I say to Caleb. She raised her arms in victory. Lexi wanted us to eat at Burger King while Caleb, Gaten and I wanted some McDonald's. We had an argument and of course she won. Well, it serves us right for trying to fight a girl. "Yeah you guys are useless." Gaten shakes his head. "You didn't even say anything fool!" Caleb raised his voice. "I was there for you for moral support." Gaten scoffed.

"Look anyways, I want to discuss my situation with Sadie." Caleb proposed while sipping his drink. "Speak young one." Lexi gave the go ahead. "Well, I want to take her out on a date." He says. "What do you have in mind?" I asked him. "No clue. That's why I'm asking you guys for help." He replied nervously. "I got just the thing!" Gaten says hurriedly as he stands up and leaves Burger King. "Meet me at my house on Monday!" He screams from outside the shop catching everyone's attention.

They start staring at us weirdly, wondering why we were friends with such a boy. Caleb stands up and says: "I don't know that boy. I've never seen him before in my life." I decide to join him. "Yeah he's a very weird kid, it was just sad seeing him have no friends." I also say to the strangers. Lexi stands up to and shouts: "We're good people!" Caleb and I have never wanted to laugh so hard. I'll give Lexi points for that one.
