Your arms spread across the bedspread as your eyes were closed, you could already feel the sun beaming down to your face as the early morning rose.
But as your hands felt the cold area to your left your eyes opened, squinting at the sunlight, you sat up and noticed Loki wasn't there, or hadn't been as his side was cold flat.
Your eyebrows furrowed as you looked around his empty chamber, and slowly a smile crept onto your lips, a note.
You tucked your hair behind your ears as you removed the covers from your body and reached over to grab the small letter.
I didn't want to disturb your sleep, as you looked so peaceful.. or i didn't want you to get frustrated with me. You can meet me in the training field, or i'll meet you back in my chamber.

Butterflies filled your stomach as you reread the letter over and over again, you sighed happily as you brought it to your chest, eyes closed.
After a while of thought, you had decided that you would meet Loki out on the training field, it was early morning and new that's when Loki normally got up at, he was an early riser.
The cold marble floor touched your feet as you walked over to your light armour, nothing serious or special, leather and silver.
After putting it on and quickly fixing your hair ( only brushing it ) you headed out to find Loki.
You liked where you were at the moment, you had a really good relationship with Loki and even Thor, Asgard was better than ever, the people were lovely and kind towards you as they found out you were gone for quite some time. Everything has healed over. Time heals everything.
Even though Asgard was starting to go through winter, the weather was still warm and enjoyable, the leaves of the trees were still green and the grass was fresh, the birds were singing as they flew.
The guards looked your way as you walked passed them with a small smile, you skipped along the marble flooring and out on the way to the field.
After being here for quite some time you knew your way around Asgard, you hadn't explored everything but the usual things that you used daily.
You stepped onto the grass as you could already hear the fighters, you hadn't actually saw Loki train before, because what you know of his strongest point isn't necessarily his psychical combat, even though he has amazing strength, he is more focused on magic and illusions that can mess with the minds of his fighter.
As you passed all of the fighters in combat you slipped passed Thor, as you didn't want to disturb him during his battle, your eyes darted around the field and smiled as you finally saw Loki.
His back was sat against a great oak tree, his long legs stretched out, one over the other. A small blade to his side and a book on his lap, he looked up from the pages as he probably could hear your thoughts.
