Running.

You were running away from him with a smashed heart, your body freezing inside and out, tears streaming down your cheeks as you ran back outside and into the rain.
You ran from the palace and through the village, your body was numb, numb and broken and cold.

Running towards the Bifröst Bridge- the rainbow bridge, to get out and away, he didn't want you, want purpose do you have now that he doesn't want you? What is your purpose if the one person you love more than anything doesn't love you back, discards you like a broken toy..

Running till your legs felt numb and weak, you stopped at the rainbow bridge, looking out towards the entering of the Bifrost, where you first entered Asgard from the beginning.

You carried your broken heart weakly, the tears still flowing but got instantly washed away by the heavy rain, the thunder roared across the sky and lightning strikes which made you look up to the black sky, so stars in sight, not even the moon.

But darkness.

You stumbled your way across the bridge, looking down to the sea of Asgard, the waves crashing violently, the thunder seemed to roar more roughly now, the lightning was bigger as it was casted across the sky..

"Father?"

He entered the healing room, after asking a stewardess where the king was last seen, he was worried, he walked quickly as the rain was soaking into his hair and clothes, he made sure not to slip and to keep his dignity as Prince..

Loki was wearing a green flannel shirt, that he mostly used as a base layer for his armor, the healers told him to wear something comfortable since the gun shot wounds, underneath his clothing his torso was wrapped in thick bandages.

He entered the warm room as he looked around for Odin, he desperately needed to speak with him, the Prince saw the candles, some of which had been blown out, the room was quiet, except the thunder.

He walked through the rows of beds, to see his father, his back towards him as he looked out to the sky.

Odin turned around slowly, on his heel to meet his son.

"Loki?"

Loki nodded slowly, coming up to his farther, it was the middle of the night, early morning perhaps.

"What is it, my son?" He asked calmly, stepping in from the balcony, rain dropping from his grey hair.

Loki rubbed his hands together silently, swallowing, he wasn't fond of talking to his father, he never was, always the silent child..

"I need to tell you something, it happened a couple of days ago.." He began, but was interrupted.

"The midgardians? Coming to Asgard unwelcomed? To get the girl? Yes, i know very much of that." It left Loki silent, he held his breath as he tried to think carefully on what to say, he looked over towards the balcony, eyeing the lightning, he looked back to his father.
