the night had come and gone, the two staying together in san's apartment. the next day brought with it the news delivered to their friends.

yeosang had received a surprise call midway through the day from his best friend, wooyoung. he answered on the second ring, greeting the other.

"yeosang!" wooyoung shouted. "i have amazing news!"

"what is it, woo?" asked the older.

"do you remember the boy you met when you were here?"

"uh, choi san?" yeosang confirmed.

"yeah, him! well, he's my-"

"boyfriend!" san explained with a large smile. "mingi, you don't even know how happy i am!"

"i think i have an idea," the blue-haired boy responded smugly.

"no way," san pouted.

"when did y'all become official?" mingi asked. san smiled nervously.

"last night...? but we've pretty much been dating for a few months!" san protested.

"months?"

"yeah," he smiled more. "god dammit, mingi, i'm so happy he-"

"finally asked," wooyoung told his closest friend from seoul, hongjoong. "i wanted to ask for so long, but i've always been too nervous."

"i know, woo," the older laughed. "i was there when you gave him his mail and when you tried texting him for the first time, remember?"

"oh yeah..." wooyoung trailed off.

"anyways, congratulations! i hope he treats you as amazingly as you deserve," the pink-haired boy responded.

"i'm sure he will," the younger smiled back confidently.
