"w-woo, you can't-" san tried, shaking his head at the words.
"get away from me." all he could think of was that sentence and the look in wooyoung's eyes as he spoke. he knew it hurt both of them.
part of him wondered who it hurt more.
"you said you'd do anything, right? why can't you do something that simple?"
"i..." san started, unsure of what he'd say. eventually, he nodded. "okay. i'm so sorry, wooyoung. i just... i want you to know that i love you, i will always love you. and i'm always here for you if you want me to be, okay...?"
an uncomfortable silence fell upon the two before wooyoung nodded. no more words were exchanged before wooyoung walked off, going god knows where.
san was left alone to finally break. and that's exactly what he did. in the middle of the sidewalk, he fell to his knees and sobbed.
the love of his life was gone, just like that.
