Surprise! (Percabeth)

'One hour. Come on, Percy, just one more hour and you'll go with Annabeth. You can do this.'

Annabeth and Percy hadn't seen each other in quite a while, and to say that they missed each other was an understatement.

They both had been really busy at school, with all the projects, tasks and exams they had left until summer vacations. But today, Percy finally was free.

Annabeth's high school had gone on vacation a week before Percy's, so she would be staying with the Jackson's to posteriorly go to Camp Half-Blood together.

What Percy thought was that they (Percy, Sally and Paul) would be picking Annabeth up from a bus station; but the truth was that the blonde was already at the Jackson's apartment, waiting impatiently for her boyfriend to arrive.

When the bell rang, Percy practically sprinted out of the classroom and into the halls, not bothering if he hit someone in the process.

He ran as fast as he could until he arrived to the apartment. The black haired boy knocked at the door and waited. A few seconds later, Paul opened the door.

"Hi, Paul!" Percy said while the man stepped aside, letting him in. "Is my mom here?"

"Yes, she's in the kitchen." Paul said while closing the door. A smirk forming in his face.

Percy didn't even notice because he was already walking towards the kitchen.

"Hey, mom! I'll go take a quick shower and then we can go pi-..." Percy started saying in a hurry when he noticed her.

She was standing right in front of him, and Percy thought she looked as beautiful as ever. Her smile was contagious and Percy was soon smiling like a mad man.

" Annabeth... " he whispered.

" Percy..." They both ran into each others arms, now realising how much they needed it. Percy broke the embrace for a few seconds just to connect their lips into a passionate kiss.

"I missed you so much." Annabeth said against his lips.

"Gods, I was dying for another kiss of yours, Wise Girl." Percy replied. He kissed her forehead, her cheeks, her nose, her chin, her lips. Annabeth couldn't stop smiling.

"I love you." They said at unison.

'Gods Annabeth, I love you' Percy thought before kissing her once again.
