"Ouch!" Leo winced as Calypso started cleaning the dried blood off his bottom lip.

"Sorry." The girl muttered, glaring slightly at the latino boy in front of her.

"Are you still mad at me?" He asked, lowering his gaze. Calypso let out a short sigh and posteriorly, she caressed Leo's cheek gently, trying not to touch the big, purple bruise that had started to form in his cheekbone.

How had he ended up with a split lip and a bruise in his cheekbone?

Well, he had gotten into a fight, of course.

"I'm not mad, Leo, it's just... It wasn't worth it and they hurt you." Calypso closed her eyes, stroking Leo's cheek gently.

"It wasn't worth it? Are you kidding me?" The boy asked taking the girl's face in his hands and locking eyes with her.

Leo had always thought that she looked beautiful, she was a beautiful woman. But right now, with her eyes glimmering  slightly because of the tears, Leo felt as if he had fallen in love with her all over again.

She looked stunning.

"It was worth it, Calypso. You are worth it. Those assholes were harassing you! No one deserves being treated like that. You don't deserve being treated like that."

Calypso let the tears flow down her eyes and shook her head.

Carefully, she brought their foreheads together and stared deeply into her boyfriend's eyes.

"It hurts to see you like this, Leo. You have no idea how scared I was when they started punching you." She said as she placed a sweet kiss on the cheek that wasn't bruised.

Leo brought his hands to Calypso's and stroked her knuckles lovingly.

"I'm fine, Sunshine. I am the Super-sized McShizzle after all." He smirked.

Calypso let out a laugh and rolled her eyes playfully. Leo's heart started beating faster.

She was perfect.

"Gods yeah you are."She chuckled and then added." Don't call me Sunshine."

Now it was Leo's turn to laugh.

"Come on, I know you love it!" He exclaimed. Calypso rolled her eyes once again and smiled, bringing their lips together for a kiss.

Leo kissed back immediately, paying no attention to the slight stinging in his lip.

Leo's lips had a weird taste of blood, but Calypso couldn't care less, she was focused on how perfect their lips fit together.

"Thank you." The girl whispered once they parted, and continued applying ointment to Leo's bruise.

Leo smiled softly and closed his eyes, enjoying the closeness of his girlfriend.
