The Greek God came down from Olympus by the elevator of the Empire State. Of course he could go anywhere he wanted with just thinking about it, but Poseidon enjoyed observing mortals in their daily activities.

He was wearing sea green beach shorts (which matched his eyes perfectly) and a simple grey t-shirt. He also wore sunglasses and orange flip flops.

The Mist hid him perfectly from mortal eyes, which made it more fun to collide with people and for them to turn around to see who had hit them. Their faces where priceless when they saw no one there and the God was laughing so hard, the earth soon started shaking slightly.

As he bent with laughter, Poseidon accidentally bumped with a woman behind him.

"Oh, I'm sorry." The woman said quite timidly. "Are you ok?" She asked touching the God's arm gently.

Poseidon froze for an instant, eyes widening in surprise. He then turned his head rapidly to the woman. She was stunning and Poseidon couldn't help but stare at her.

She had these beautiful brown eyes that were practically radiating with kindness and her long hair seemed so soft the God had to stop himself from touching it.

Poseidon kept staring at her, wordless.

"You... C-can see me?" He said after a few seconds, brows furrowed.

"Well, yeah." The woman replied. "Why wouldn't I?" She smirked slightly and Poseidon could've sworn his heart melted right then and there. They stared into each others eyes, not caring about the people that were giving them weird looks.

"I-i, uh, I was wondering if you..." He started coming out of his daze.

"Yeah...?" She asked, curious.

"I was wondering if maybe you would want to, you know, go to a cafe or something?" He said, thankfully without stuttering. A light blush appeared into the woman's cheeks.

"I-i... I'd love to."

"Oh, I'm Poseidon, by the way." The God said, stretching her hand towards her.

"Sally." She replied, shaking it.

That night, after his date with Sally, Poseidon returned to Olympus with a wide grin in his face.

"You look stupid." Athena said when she saw him. Aphrodite smiled knowingly but kept her mouth shut.

'Sally. ' He thought.
