[Silver's POV]
"Hey, are you going to eat that?" Blue asked, looking at her food.
Skylar didn't reply. She placed a hand on her forehead, but I'm too far away to see what her expression was.
"Hello?" he asked again. Once again she didn't reply.
"I'm talking to you."
Why wasn't she answering him? No, no...
"Earth to Skylar?"
Silence. I'm sure she heard him speak, didn't she?
"SKYLARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! What's wrong with you?" Blue yelled, shaking her shoulders violently.
"Oh, right....." Skylar finally spoke. "Calm down, will you? I was just thinking deeply."
Really Skylar. Really. What an absolutely reasonable explanation.
"How am I supposed to calm down when you weren't acting like yourself just a few minutes ago?" he asked her. He cares about her, and he should, or else his grandfather will kill him.
"Sorry....." she apologized, sipping her drink. "Sure, you can have my fries." she turned away from him, letting out a sigh that immediately turned into a gasp.
Well SHIT.
Blue pulled her jaw towards his face, centimeters away from their lips touching. He stared at her, probably with a fucking serious expression.
Son of a motherfucking b- WHAT THE HELL DOES HE THINK IS HE DOING?!?
It was only a matter of seconds before he seals the gap between them. Don't you fucking dare, Oak. That will not fucking happen. Skylar deserves better. Besides, this was rather disgusting.
I went out of my room and raced downstairs, quickly dropping off the key card at the nurse's desk. I took out her Poké ball, letting the delicate Pokémon out.
"Lace. Wake up." I told her, a little impatient.
She yawned, looking at me sleepily. "Glaceeeeeon." Lace whined.
And she already knows that I can't understand her, yet she expects me to know what she was saying right now?!
"You have to go back to Skylar right now, understand?" I said to her. "It has to be right now."
I picked her up and went outside, looking carefully at the bench where they were. Lace didn't recognize them, however, so this is the right timing. I saw Blue mumble something to Skylar but I obviously could not hear from where I was.. Silently, quickly, and cautiously as I could, I put down Lace a few feet from their bench. "Wait here, alright Lace? If Skylar asks, tell her I have some serious matters to attend to."
"Glaaaaaceeeon?!"
"Ssshh, keep quiet!" I whispered to her. "Skylar's about to get you. Goodbye."
I hid away from her sight, hiding behind a few tall potted plants, and dialled his Pokégear number.
Arceus, don't tell me that his Poké gear is on silent mode.
Rrrrrringgggggggggggg! Ringgggggggggggggg! Rrrrrrrrrringgggggggg!
Skylar burst out laughing, moving her face away from her rival's. Success at last!
"Hahahahahahahahahahaha..... That, hahahaha........ Was, hahahahahaha...... Hilarious!" she said between laughs.
I don't know what Blue's really up to, but I don't like it.
He gave her a sharp look, then answered his Pokégear. "HELLO? WHO'S THIS?"
