'S been such a long wait, hasn't it?

[Skylar's POV]

Holy fucking shit.

"He's sleeping right there on the floor, idiot." Blue says.

OH NO OH NO OH NO OH NO. DEAR ARCEUS, PLEASE TELL ME HE'S KIDDING.

............. he's not.

I quickly visualized what would happen next. Samurott would wake up and then...

- This room would be destroyed

- Lack-Two's parents' house would be destroyed

- Aspertia City would be destroyed

- The whole region of Unova would be destroyed

What I'm basically saying is that when that Pokémon wakes up, it'll immediately destroy everything in its path, infect other Pokémon it sees, and won't stop until it reaches its destination. Which no one knows where exactly is that.

"BLUE! LEND ME A POKÉMON WITH ANY PARALYZING STATUS CONDITION MOVES" I frantically yelled, checking my Pokédex.

"Huh? Don't you have Amphitrite?"

"DAMMIT BLUE JUST DO WHAT I SAAAAAAAAAAAAID!" I shrieked, searching my backpack for a syringe that might be useful. I swear that if that Osha- I mean Samurott wakes up I am so dead.

"I left my Poké balls in my room, so I know Lack-Two won't mind if I borrow one from his PC!"

"Ughhhh!" I sighed, checking the clock. Less than thirty motherfreaking seconds left. "I'll just do it myself!"

"I don't get it." I heard Blue say. "What's going on?"

I ran to his room, grabbed his backpack and rummaged for a Pokémon with a status condition move that can paralyze.

"Pika pika?"

"Waaa-oh there you are Pika!" I quickly scooped up Pika in my arms and went back.

"USETHUNDERWAVEONSAMUROTTPLEASEPIKAJUSTDOITPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPIKADOITTTTTTTTTTT!"

Well damn it if Pika didn't understand anything I said.

Blue was still standing by the door, looking puzzled. "Skylar, the poor thing's peacefully sleeping! What the hell has it done to you!"

I walked up to him, giving him a half-frustrated, half-relieved look. He doesn't know.... He doesn't know..... He doesn't know that-

SLAP.

Then I hugged him, as if I hadn't just slapped him. He quickly pushed me off him.

"What the fuck is wrong with you! You slap me then you hug me jeez woman what the actual fuck!" he blurted out.

"Oak, relax. I'll explain what just happened if you promise to not tell anyone."

"What? Oh! Tsk, tsk, tsk. For the first time in forever."

"Are you quoting Frozen?"

"That was a line from Frozen?!"

"Yup.... So, will you?"

"And for the first time in forever, Skylar finally gives away one of her ever-hidden secrets...." Blue said, imitating an investigator's suspicious voice.

Mixed emotions made me confused all at one. How can one be happily relieved, and anxiously frustrated at the same time.

"Damn it, Blue. Just shut up and accept the hug." I smiled at him, then embraced him tightly.
