A/N: BS. After "syncing my works" or whatever, half of this original chapter DISAPPEARED. Total BS. I had to re-write half of this chapter again. -_-

[Skylar's POV]

"Is it really necessary?"

"Why yes, yes it is. Don't worry, you won't end up like a Barbie doll, I promise."

"You'll be the prettiest girl at the party." Whi-Two said, watching as White started doing my make-up. Whi-Two had curled my hair, and I admit, it wasn't that bad.

The prank war was two days ago, and tonight was the night of the party. White insisted that I wore make-up, so I let her do it. Thanks to them, I was able to pick out a good dress.

The top part of the dress was purple, with a small v-cut area where the inner layer was silver and had beads and sequins. There was also had a silver fabric that acted as a belt starting below the chest part until the waistline. The rest of the dress was shiny purple, with a few fluffy layers underneath.

It wasn't too fancy, too slutty, too plain, or too attractive. Just my type, I guess.

I left Lace with Blue, who told me he was going to train with Red. Lace said she wouldn't mind since she didn't like parties. If I must not bring any Pokémon under any circumstances, then I won't. I guess there's something up with this party.

"And there you go. Beautiful." White said, holding out a mirror for me to see.

Hey, I still recognize me! Yey. Plus I don't look like a silicone Barbie doll.

"6-inch or 4-inch?" Whi-Two asked, shuffling through the shopping bags near the door. "Or 3-inch?"

"6-inch!" "3-inch!" White and I said at the same time.

"4-inch it is." Whi-Two said, taking out a box then handed it to me.

I removed the lid of the box and was thankful that it wasn't those 6-inch heels. Like I would ever walk in that. Inside the box was a pair of golden 4-inch heels, with a double straps with a pattern of tiny fake diamonds. Hey, I'd wear some silver Converse if I could, but I'm pretty sure these two wouldn't allow it.

"Done! You'll be turning heads when you get to that party." White smiled, pleased with her work.

"White's right, Skylar. You look gorgeous." Whi-Two agreed.

"Thank you so much, girls. I couldn't have looked this amazing without your help." I told them, twirling around in my dress, feeling so grateful for having friends like them.

"You're welcome, Skylar." White smiled. "It was nothing."

"Don't forget this." Whi-Two said, handing me a silver purse with a golden chain.

"Thanks."

"Skylar! Your date's waiting for you!" Lack-Two banged on the door. I swear I could hear him half-laughing.

The girls gave me a look. "I thought you said you were only friends?" White questioned.

"Lack-Two's just joking around." I told them. "Bye, and thanks again." I waved as I closed the door behind me.

"Not bad." Lack-Two said, looking at me up and down. He seemed to be in a good mood. "You look good."

"Thanks."

"Gen is waiting for you downstairs." he said.

I grinned. "So you call him Gen, now?"

"Eh. Genesis is waiting downstairs. Have fun." Lack-Two waved me off.
